Absolute trash products advertised with AI photos. Also Owner gets NASTY when confronted making mean threats and so I am not using the same email I purchased under lest my charge back fall through.... Voir plus

My order number is #GD21374. I purchased an iPhone 15 pro case 10 days ago . I never got a tracking for it, I’ve tried contacting them over email and their website over 6 times . When I try to visit their shop on the shop app , it doesn’t even exist anymore . Bunch of scammers. Just took my money and not a word of information about my item . . Stay away from these clowns . If I don’t get my item by Monday or my refund . I will be expanding these scam artists everywhere .

I ordered an item on 12/24/2025. I figured with the holidays it would take a few extra days to be shipped, which I was ok with. Sent an email on 1/10/2026 to check on the status of my order, and on 1/12/2026 I received an email basically saying that I was "purchasing one of our best-selling products, so it may take about 7-10 days to ship out". As of 2/8/2026, I still have not received my item. I'm thinking I unfortunately got scammed.
** UPDATE **
Item finally arrived on 2/9/2026. The item itself is exactly what I was expecting. There is a card in the package with the item thanking me for the purchase, and the customer service email on the card is different than what gracedecors.com has on their website, so looks like they were just a pass-through for the item, but it did at least arrive (just took almost 2 months).

Unfortunately did not look up reviews for this site beforehand. And didn't look further into the fact that most of the site is nothing but AI images of products.
Requested a cancellation and refund because I didn't need the items anymore and was told it was going to be top priority to ship immediately. So now they refuse to cancel and refund the order because they got a label made immediately for it. They keep offering discounts for further purchases or a 20% refund. Opening a claim with PayPal also did nothing to help.

The company did reach out to offer a way to solve my issue. My advice inspect what you get respond to them the Reps are quick to respond. And it Can be resolved .

I had an issue with the delivery timing and when I contacted Grace decor, the rep, Sunny, responded quickly and apologized, then continued to settle the dispute with an offer that was beyond fair. I will use this site again in the future, due to the product and the customer service.

I placed an order on Facebook and then realized it was coming from China. What a disappointment. Customer service expedited my order and I received it right after Christmas. They also refunded my shipping charges because of the tariffs fee. I really appreciated it. Thank you.
