I have been going to The Grafton Barber at Tesco Maynooth for years. Why? 3 reasons.

Because I get the cut I want.

The staff are so friendly.

It is so handy to free park and shop at the same time.

I lost all my hair after chemo in 2019 and decided that if it ever grew back I would 'go mad' with it! Renata at The Grafton Barber gets it and enables me to express my hair style the way that makes me feel better about myself! Can't say enough good about my experiences there.

I’ve been coming to the Northern Cross branch of The Grafton Barber for a while now, and it’s easily my go-to spot for a haircut. The staff are always friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, and the whole shop has a great atmosphere with good music playing. It’s always kept spotlessly clean and tidy, and they even have a nice, clean bathroom for customers, which I really appreciate.

What really sets them apart is the overall experience. They have a pool table to keep you busy while you wait, and they offer every customer a tea, coffee, Pepsi Max, or even a beer as soon as you arrive. It’s those small details that make it feel like more than just a quick trip to the barbers. I always get a great haircut here, usually a mid-fade with scissors on top for my curly hair, and the service is consistently efficient.

The pricing is also excellent, especially the €16 student deal for dry cuts if you're there before 12:30 pm on weekdays. It’s a walk-in only service, but I’ve never had a single complaint. If you're looking for a professional, welcoming place that offers great value, I highly recommend them.

Shoutout to Sophia at the Greystones Grafton Barbers, she gave me the best haircut ive had in years, had great patter and was very kind and polite. Couldnt recommend enough

Grafton street branch, my son got his hair cut by the lady with the blond bob. He had a curly mop and short back & sides he asked for 1 inch off the top. She cut way too much off then proceeded to butcher him with a thinning scissors, which you do not use on curly hair. She blow dried his 1 inch hair on top straight. He is only 14 and hair is so important to kids these days. He started crying as soon as he left. This happened in July and it is now December and his hair is still not back to normal. Please listen to what your customers ask for and be mindful that young boys might be afraid to say they don’t like it. He will never step foot in there again.

Wait for 40 min for a hair cut only 1 person before me what a joke. Do not respect people time.

Grafton Barbers Hansfield is a great location, spacious, comfortable, good parking, it's very own Grafton cafe attached to the Barbers. Katrina gives a 5 star haircut, with attention to detail. She is also a Barista professional and shared her knowledge of the delicious latte coffee from El Salvador. 5 star experience 🌟

Aimen in Grafton barbers Arnotts gave me a great experience. Haircut was top tier and he was very friendly and chatty. We spoke for the entirety of the haircut and he also assisted me with what haircut would suit me most. Will 100% be going back to him.

very unprofessional and not worth the price.

I purchased the Full Works Voucher (€67) for my partner expecting a 70-minute premium grooming service (35 min hair + 35 min shave) as advertised. However, at the Arnotts Grafton Barber branch on 11 September 2025, the whole appointment lasted only 18 minutes.

Most of the promised services (consultation, shampoo, scalp tonic, pre-shave oil, hot towels, aftershave balm, complimentary beverages) were not provided. The barber also tried to charge extra for the shave even though it was clearly included in the voucher.

The only hot towel given was dirty and full of hair – extremely unhygienic. This was a complete misrepresentation of the advertised service and a huge disappointment.

Very unprofessional and not worth the price.

A recently qualified barber named Jasmine in Leopardstown gave me an excellent haircut today.
Her attention to detail was excellent for someone so young.
