THE GRAFTON BARBER Avis 

I have to say great haircut from a great barber Lona,I showed her an image of what I wanted and she delivered to perfection, friendly staff clean and tidy shop I won’t hesitate to call back.

Terrible customer service in academy street cork
Went in Saturday at 1.25 pm
There was a male and female staff member present
I sat down the male and female barber were cutting customers hair the male barber finished the client and the next client sat down and was getting haircut! The female barber then finished her client I was next there was 2 other customers after me it was 1.55 pm
So
I was next ! She started cleaning her station , brushed the hair from floor behind a door into the corner and then said to male barber I’m going to lunch ! I wasn’t particularly happy as I’d been waiting half an hr so I got up and walked out !
Customer service is terrible they don’t engage with clients ! No manners I’d never go near the place … I walked up the street and went into another barbers and was greeted with hi !
And got my haircut by a very nice chatty person with manners
Give this place a pass as ignorant staff

Went to Dundalk on many occasions had my hair cut from three different barbers all good brilliant service. Was there today and the man who cut my hair butchered it and of course I didn't notice till I went home because he didn't show me the mirror off the back. It's all over the place won't be back disgraceful for €34

Very disappointed with haircut for my two boys in Grafton Barbers in Adamstown. Very expensive and poor service. Will not be bringing kids there again unfortunately.

Bought my dad a gift voucher for the second time in the Ashbourne branch & they did not honor anything on the voucher that was advertised on the website.
They reluctantly washed his hair in a rush & made him feel very uncomfortable.
Will not be buying another service there again.

Dad was delighted his voucher and Victor in Sutton Cross really looks after him.

Just had one of the worst haircuts
@GraftonBarber in Drumcondra. The person cutting my hair ignored what I had asked for, was not interested in what they were doing. Now I have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. #DreadfulService.

Horrible experience. Customer service was limited to ‘hello’, ‘goodbye’ and ‘how much do you want to take off’. No expertise in cutting hair, who starts aggressively brushing curly hair when bone dry? He only shaved the back off and did not touch the rest of my hair, no layers, no trimming, no removing my long hair from the forehead. When he said ‘done’ the haircut looking liked nothing and my hair was fluffed up like I touched and outlet for an hour. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

Apparently you have a new policy not to cut women's hair - even a shaved undercut. Why? It's ridiculous.

Had a haircut in the Ennis shop on Saturday 22 June. Really pleased with the experience. I'll be back.

The items that I ordered arrived but they had leaked in the bag. It says fragile but I think they were squashed by the courier so it was a mess in the bag which was a present for fathers day so I was disappointed.

I am telling you all the experience here is damn good and the guy alex here in nutgrove was the best trust me you want to try this shop out!!!

My teen has been going to Grafton Barbers in greystones for a few years now, he is ALWAYS happy with his hair, skin fades can be tricky but according to him Chris is the best! My middle guy (7) loves going to the barbers they do his crazy designs & treat him like a grown up making him feel very special. Today my 4yr old went for the first time, he has sensory issues so I was expecting a disaster but it went SO smoothly. All of the staff are excellent at what they do & their customer service is impeccable. Long review but it's very much deserved.

Dundrum shop. Won’t be back!!! I can tell two of the women knew how to cut hair but not the one who cut my son’s hair. I showed a photo to give a guide, a guide!!! When she turned him around and asked what I thought, I didn’t know what to say. I couldn’t even narrow down where it was bad but my son looked like a monk. I asked her to clean up around the sides but apparently because it was a blade 6 on the clippers she couldn’t blend it. Not even a basic ability to blend hair. Additionally, all 3 hairdressers started to tell me that my son’s hair was too straight to be styled the way I showed but three things:
1. Why have the conversation after making a hash of it
2. I wasn’t expecting a replica
3. He has had a similar style previously

I have to take him somewhere else tomorrow.

Razor arrived very quickly, product is excellent ,very well made . Why didn't I try these out years ago ?
