Great selection but weekly out of my favourites 😕 can't seem to find the perfect day to look . Wish there was an option to place a monthly ongoing delivery of the selections I really want.

1st time ordering from Grampian pet services, I was really pleased with the selection of different meats to order, I’ve a new puppy and was advised to part raw feed, will definitely be ordering again... Voir plus
Excellent service. Even if I put my order in late I’ve been really fortunate that they go the extra mile and still deliver it, which is awesome. Highly recommended

Self-service pet wash station
I took my 16 year old dog to the self-service pet wash station at Grampian Pet Services recently. Unfortunately, the water was cold throughout and the pressure from the shower head was far too hard for my dog. There was no way to turn the pressure down, and despite the heater being turned on for the water, it stayed cold. Suffice to say, it wasn’t a pleasant experience for my dog (or me) which is a real shame because it’s a great set up. If only the shower head was adjustable for the pressure, and the water actually a nice temperature, this would be ideal.

Don’t know how I didn’t know about the shop just got a puppy and put both my dogs on Raw and you have been perfect every time that’s 3 times I have got a Order collected in store going to try delivery soon

I'm Been using grampian pet service for…
I'm Been using grampian pet service for 4/5yrs now,they have great selection of products,staff always very nice,polite and helpful,
But if you would to know when new stock arrive etc you need to phone as they don't answer emails/messages etc l learnt the hard way as my dogs very picky eaters,
Also don't get the same offers online than you do in store
