Great selection but weekly out of my favourites 😕 can't seem to find the perfect day to look . Wish there was an option to place a monthly ongoing delivery of the selections I really want.

1st time ordering from Grampian pet services, I was really pleased with the selection of different meats to order, I’ve a new puppy and was advised to part raw feed, will definitely be ordering again... Voir plus

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. Very unhelpful.
Always have a struggle when making my order online as it's mostly out of stock. Continually.
Been using this company for 5yrs + and I'm now looking for another supplier.
It's not the same company it used to be.

Great and reliable delivery out to Deeside. My dog is a very fussy eater and Grampian Pet Services provides a wide range of selection which keeps him happy.

Reliable and local...
Great selection of products with good communications and a reliable delivery service.
My only negative experiences have related to the low stock levels of certain frozen minces. I'm often restricted in what I'm able to order since my Woof is quite selective in what she'll eat. There's often plenty stock of the minces she doesn't eat (anything with chicken in it) but just a limited amount of the ones she likes.

Thank you for your feedback. were sorry you feel there isn't much variety, we do have about 14 different brands to choose from, some of our brands are very popular so can go out of stock quickly, best to make use of our back in stock request function, and never an issue putting through multiple orders as we will consolidate them and put them all out together.

Perfect from start to finish!
We always used to collect.from Fraserburgh. However, now the store has moved it's more cost effective to have food delivered. Seamless ordering system, delivery on time. What's not to like!
