The two ladies I dealt with at Grays…

The two ladies I dealt with at Grays auction were the nicest people I’ve ever had to pleasure of dealing with. First time auction goer, they were extremely friendly and helpful. Even when I asked the same question a couple time and changed my mind a couple times just through inexperience of what I was doing they were so kind and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I couldn’t be more thankful for their time and energy while I navigate this process.

Grays run a completely deceptive and…

Grays run a completely deceptive and incompetent operation. They illegally took funds from my account. Fortunately after 3 weeks of dispute resolution, Paypal provided me with a refund.
Grays will give you an email run around from different useless individuals and then complete silence.
Avoid buying from them, they have your bank account forever and can and will abuse it whenever they want.
The response below shows how pathetic grays are. They wont own their mistakes and continue to send threatening emails even after they were found to be at fault.

Fantastic Customer Service

Loved the customer service I received from Casey at Grays in Brisbane. Not often do you find such helpful and knowledgeable professionals. He assisted and guided me throughout the process of selling with Gray's, for which I am truly grateful.

Credit where credit due. Well done

When my purchase went to "Referred" as it did not reach reserve I was contacted the next day by Denzil and comfortably lead through the process of negotiation with the owner of the vehicle to a no fuss and satisfactory result.
Pick up of the vehicle was easy and the staff from the gate house to the office made for a comfortable process.
As a retired Maintenance Supervisor it demonstrated to me that no matter what their position they appeared happy to be working there

My first time using Grays

My first time using Grays. I bought a case of wine from Grays because it was better priced compared to others. I was kept informed of my order along the way and the communication was great. The process from beginning to end was easy. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy web site to use

Very easy web site to use and not at all confusing.
Gray's provided excellent communication throughout the auction process including the postage arrival times.
The parcel (fragile) arrived in very good condition and placed in a secure location.

Poor customer treatment

The item I won was incorrectly specified in description. Since reporting the error to Grays before auction closes, I've now been charged and still waiting to hear back. Grays says they're investing (not sure what). Over one week and still counting...

Great way to purchase a motor vehicle

Bought my truck from my bathtub, travelled to Grays by public transport. Paid with my credit card and did the paperwork with a kind and patient staff member. A short time later ny new purchase was delivered and i drove it home. Everything is easy to navigate and help is available if you get stuck.
Easiest way I've ever purchased a motor vehicle with no seller interference.

I made a purchase of a product, but then I just sold that the product does not offer delivery, so I contacted them to ask if possible to cancel the purchase, but I was informed that it would no longer be possible, so I am closing my account, because I have to pay for a product that I will not have to pick up.
