Too hard to pay. Needs fixing.

The Auction process is down pat. Fine. Their Payment process is badly flawed. Needs an overhaul. Kind of leaves a bad last impression.

I have bought a lot of 32 items

I have bought a lot of 32 items, not even single of them is working. 3 vacuum cleaners and they don’t have batteries and chargers and are full of rubbish. Same with 3 leaf blowers. 2 monitors with broken screens.
Literally not a single item is working. Grays auction is a scam, they sell rubbish instead of throwing in them bin.

Grays on a hole at times I think might be a little questionable with on how it all works. The communication via email is so robotic and when you finally get to speak to somebody, it's fantastic. So much better.

Great customer service when collecting…

Great customer service when collecting the car. Prompt arrival of car to door and didnt have to wait long.
Suggest guy bringing car to door would allow the customer to see the car before expecting a delivery signature from customer but was OK.

I found a little confusing as to what gate to enter, subsequently went to wrong gate, but quickly resolved.
Booking in and pickup clearly instructed and completed without hassles

My first initial purchase of the…a little disappointing to excellent. With time

My first initial purchase of the vehicle was a little disappointing but being able to resell via greys at first also a little disappointing but with excellent help from kimmy Goiris who made my experience reselling via greys. To the point over many resales due to a reserve I made but kimmy goiris advice and support made the whole experience delightful other staff could really take notice of how kimmy goiris public relations and customer support should be applied in any business.
