Great Clips Avis 503

I was completely butchered. Went to my regular Great Clips when I asked to clean me up. I also had beard that I wanted trimmed and shaped. She took out a clippers and put an attachment and completely messed it up.
This was at the Great Clips in Maplewood on White Bear Ave.

I don’t know the stylists name but I asked for curtain bangs or face framing bangs and layers in the Back. I told her she can decide where the curtain bangs to fall because we decided on combining the two bangs. Worse decision. They came out a bit choppy and right below my eyes and went down. I’m happy with the final product but it’s just a bit weird how she cut them. I might be overreacting but idk. She was really nice! Pretty good at styling, knew what she was doing for the most part.

I went to the Great Clips Salon on 22nd and Broadway in Council Bluffs do not trust any of them with your Hair cut asked for a ceaser cut showed her a picture of what a ceaser cut is ahe didn't even know where to begin it such a easy hair cut too .She shaved my head and that's not what a ceaser cut is . If I wanted a shaved head I could have stayed home and done that myself . I left cuz she mess my hair shaved so bad. Then the manager get mad at me not even looking at my hair to see what this lady did tell me to leave when I was leaving any anyway cuz I was so upset . I been going there for years I called customer service . It was a disaster the worst experience I have ever had must under new management very rude . I'm waiting for customer service to call back to talk to someone in person she called left a message more lies lies from the one that manages the great clips in council bluffs just a message not to talk to me to see what happened just lies lies lies in the message cover their incompetent employees I never did get to explain my side of the story waiting for another call back to hear more lies probably and explain my side but they woul listen anyways with there word salad and messed up excuses . Half of them look like they just crawled out of bed . I usually get the one with stinky breathe which I have been polite with in the past very nice lady but stinky breath amazing Sunday she was chew gum.the lady that cut my hair didn't even pic up a sciccors I was shocked she shouldn't even be cutting hair . If you don't like your hair cut don't tell them they will tell you to leave when I was leaving anys. Fools . Go to Sports Clips Manawa area Meg was so nice she actually felt bad for me with what this girl did at to my hair at Great clips and they give you a 1 time free touch up through the month if done within 30 days a touch up on sides and around the ears and the neck great place. Stay away from super cut nasty place and they rude .ugh I have pics of what I wanted and what I got at Great Clips before I went and got it fixed at Sports Clips its my new go to place at. Great Clips I should take them to small claims court and reporting this place to the board of hair cutting for the incompetence .

Today, I went to the Southern Pines/Aberdeen Great Clips today. Such a pleasant experience. They welcomed me and were ready for me at the check in time. I had a lady, Trinnett. I was so impressed with her. She took her time and did an amazing shape up. She didn't rush and was more of an artist than a stylist. She took time to ask me the right questions so my haircut was what I wanted. My hair looks fabulous! Thank you Trinnett.

I went to the shaler store I went online to save my spot it was for my grandson who is 10 years old when I arrived I told them I was there and their was a person on the screen above us so they said they were gonna wait and see if he showed up and then a man walked in the door and I want to say the name was Tommy c so I asked the guy if he was Tommy c he said no so I went out to my car to get my grandson he was eating burger king because it was right after school so I said ok that's fine but I'm gonna go get him out of the car so I did we came right back in and they knew Austin was there I checked him in so we came right back in and I told him he had to wash his hands thinking we have a minute since they told me they were gonna wait to see if the next guy on the list showed up we were in the bathroom for maybe a half a minute and them knowing he was there we came out and the guy who just walked in no online spot was getting his haircut and when I said something the woman cutting his hair got really rude and said we didn't know what you were doing in there like what do u think we were doing in there plus I checked in and they told me they were gonna give the guy online ahead of us a few more minutes and it was probably 2 minutes to get him from the car and to wash his hands and when I said something they all started yelling at me but they did take my grandson for his haircut but told me to leave and they would take care of him which they said multiple times but ofcourse I said I said I was not leaving I ended up apologizing to them which was hard but I doubt you will do anything it's sad I'll never go back there again they were wrong and telling me to leave and they'll take care of my grandson

I’ve been coming to this place for three years, but I’ve finally reached my breaking point. It used to be a reliable spot, but lately, it’s been "miss after miss after miss." The level of unprofessionalism is actually staggering.

When I walked in a couple of days ago, did I get a greeting? No. Every single stylist was glued to their phone, completely ignoring the front door. There is zero welcoming environment anymore; you’re basically an interruption to their scrolling.

The worst part? The total lack of care. I tried to show a reference photo of the cut I wanted, and the stylist didn't even want to look at it. She acted like looking at a picture for five seconds was too much work.

Then came the "speed run" haircut:

Standard cut time: 10–15 minutes

My cut: 5 minutes flat.

I’m not kidding. She rushed through it so fast I didn't even have time to react. It’s a total "in and out" assembly line vibe now with zero interest in what the customer actually wants. Honestly, after these last few visits, I feel like they personally don't want me there.

It is not a value for money experience. You’re paying full price for a 5-minute rush job and a side of attitude. Save your money and go somewhere where they actually want to do their job. I won't be back.

I asked for a trim and they cut almost 3in when I asked for 1 and it was uneven and I also asked to get a little trim on my bangs but they just left my bangs as is ALSO when I they were trimming my hair they started using a razor …… my 2 year old nieces would have done better than this

Anytime I visit the Mill Creek Plaza Great Clips near 4500 S and 900 E in Salt Lake City (salon 1913), Rocio provides great service. She's attentive, friendly, and quick. I always leave extremely happy.

Patty did a fantastic job My hair is not look this good in a long time she gave me the perfect cut.

Requiring to give a phone number, first and last name is absolutely uncalled for.. It's a haircut not an interview, the response from manager " Then No Haircut" and the peanut gallery hairdresser behind her said, "Don't come back" and i replied " I won't"

No matter what hair cut I ask for, they just give me whatever hair cut they want. I even asked for another hair cut, directly after... they laughed at me. I guess they thought i was kidding.

I took my five-year-old son in today to get a fade-up haircut. I asked them to take no more than a half-inch off the top of his head. Yes, I understand he's five and that he may wiggle around a little bit, but the lady who helped me was so rude. She was griping and complaining the whole time, having pretty much shaved all of his hair off. She proceeded to say that I had given her a too hard a haircut. It was literally a fade-up of a simple boy's haircut. Then, she finally said, " Okay, I am done, that's it. I can't do any more. I did my best. My son has gotten his haircut at Great Clips Three other times and I've never had any problems with the haircut. I don't know if she was new, but she was older and she just seemed very stuck up in irritated.

My son is very picky about how he wants his hair but can't always express it well as he has anxiety. They do an amazing job each time. We are super happy with them. Will definitely keep coming back!!!!!

Went for the first time yesterday as needed a quick cut before an unexpected trip and impressed with how quickly I was helped just walking in and the haircut was good for what I needed. Definitely recommend if you need something last minute

Horrible place lady messed up my haircut and just horrible and I’ve been crying all day.
