If I could I would give the great clips at major MacKenzie zero stars.....started off my daughter and I went to get our hair styled. I did the check in on line and when we got there the ladies were very rude and said they didn't know anything about it. I know someone that works there (wasn't there today) but she spoke with the manager and the manager informed the ladies we were coming. The manager said it was one price but the one lady made her own price (and it was more). I was willing to pay that price she said but then I had asked her to do my daughter's hair (showed her a picture) and was rude again. Then I was told there was only one flat iron that I would have to wait.....I asked how long because didn't have the time. Again was rude and said didn't know. We ended up leaving and wasn't happy at all. Customer service today was horrible and nobody should be treated that way.

I went in as usual to get a haircut at the Smithfield NC location and normally have a coupon but was having trouble finding it. I expressed to the lady I was having trouble finding my coupon and she stated that their is a current $9.99 coupon. I assumed she would tell me how to obtain it but she just stood there not offering to help me figure out where online I could get the $9.99 coupon. I spent about 5 minutes researching in my phone trying to find it when I eventually found a $9.99 coupon. She looks at the coupon and in a nasty voice says that's not the right coupon. After her rudness I decided to not get a haircut which didn't bother her as she proceeded to go sit down. A few days later I found a $2 off coupon and went back and to my surprise she was the only available stylist so I had no choice but to let her cut my hair. My plan was not to let her but I did and because of her previous rudness I did not leave her a tip!

I always go to the Greenacres Great Clips I went today Sunday I never got-a bad haircut there n I been going for 6-7 years today Michelle the hairstylist did a magnificent job on my hair great job Michelle make her a manager she’s so friendly n cool n knows how to cutchsirc!!!

It’s sad that half the time I make an appointment it’s not honored. My house is not 10 minutes away. Today when I made my appointment there was no wait according to the website. Once I arrived I had to wait 30 minutes for my LAST haircut here. My time is not appreciated

I got a haircut a couple days ago at the Great Clips at Cheyenne Commons shopping center. It literally is the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my entire life and generally I don’t say anything, but it is awful. I asked for curtain bangs. I asked for layers throughout,I asked for it to be a little textured and it looks worse than stuff I have given myself in my bathroom. It literally is so bad that my 17-year-old daughter offered to bring me somewhere else and pay to get it fixed. I contacted Customer Care which told me that location would be reaching out to me and I have yet to receive any type of contact. I know there must be a way to show a photo as to what I had shown her. I was trying to get to what I actually received, but I cannot figure it out. I have thick hair. My bangs were the same length as the rest of my hair which is long, so I had more than enough hair to do what I was asking for. I’ve never had a colic in my bangs in my life and I’ve had bangs often. Now I’ve got a colic, even my layers in the back look like she just cut them straight across and are like not blending into any of the other hair. It just looks like layers that are cut straight across a different links.

The manager Emilee gave me a call had me come in and she tried to do what she could do with it. She did blend the layers in the back so they do look more cohesive now but unfortunately with the bangs, it’s like she said we’re just gonna have to let them grow up before we can really do much with them, but I did appreciate her having me come back into fix it

I would give this stylist Tawny or something a negative if I could. She didn't listen to a think I asked for I wanted an inch or 2 off she cut it to an inch or 2 long in the back. The back is 2 damn inches higher up then the front. She made rude comments about my hair, my growth pattern ans even stabbed me with her scissors. I told her clearly I have textural issues ans needed it a certain length and way. She shaved my damn neck and did a fing fade up. I had a long bob with bangs ans not I look like a balding karen. It's horrible and I would take a hairless dog back to her.

One of the employees is not good. Meanwhile I purchased a gift card and I want to return it.

The Great Clips in Freedom Square is beyond horrible!!I wouldn't even let the stylist finish me cut! She didn't listen to what I SAID and The other stylist just began chopping away. The worst part was her ATTITUDE! I had had the other stylist (Mela) once before and she was having a very bad day and took it out on me. I chose not to have her this time. I don't know her name and I think she was too embarrassed to put on a tag. I should've checked their rating. It is a 2.6 (poor). I think it should be LOWER. I checked in the morning and there was no wait. Checked a little laterand still no wait. I pretty sure why this Great Clips is not used. Rude and very BAD ATTITUDES live there.

What didn't go wrong? I ask to have 1 1/2 inch off my hair but it was still longer than the last time I got it cut. I said cut more. She said okay but the back with be shorter too? huh? Anyway she ended cutting off 3 and said next time tell them you want it cut at the hairline. Not sure what that means. Also she didn't want to blow dry it meaning I had to go out in 6 degree weather. When I got home I ask what my family thought of my haircut and they said what happened to it. In their defense the previous haircut was perfect. It is a hit and miss there. Never ball your clients out for blow drying their hair saying it isn't good for the hair. Excuse me?

My experience was great, my hairdresser Daniel at the Lincoln Plaza in Saint Paul did a wonderful job, my hair looks great! I will definitely be coming back. Fair price and exc

Great clips on Woodbourne Road in Levittown just screwed up my husband’s hair so bad. He had the most beautiful silky hair, but the idiot that cut it used a shaver and shaved him bald. I am so upset over this, due to the fact, we were supposed to go get our Christmas pictures done this weekend! Make sure your stylist thoroughly read your file and make sure it’s the correct one!!

Worst haircut i've ever gotten That includes a haircut I received from a one armed man! I walked in with an even haircut She finished up and there was a divot in the front of my head First thing I said was I had to go find a barber to get a haircut I don't know If she was under the influence or just incompetent The Great Clips at Clinton New Jersey in the Walmart shopping center.\nNeeds to get rid of this person I just had to spend an additional forty dollars to repair the damage She did I wouldn't let this woman groom my dog Luckily I had a hat to wear till I got to a real barber . She was kind to left to leave me two different lengths , sideburns as well I wouldn't recommend this Great Clips for any amount of money. My new Barber said it will take about 6 weeks for the hair to grow back out.

The hairdresser that did my hair was exceptional. I didn't even have to tell her what I wanted after I said I needed something different. She was communicating with me the whole time and made me feel very comfortable.

My wife went to the Pace, FL location for her first haircut in 3 years. The stylist was a young Asian girl - I didn't get her name or I'd post it here so people could know to avoid her, and so the manager could do something about it. This girl was incredibly rude, insulting my wife and her hair. I've been getting my hair cut here since I moved to Pace, and now I'll be doing it myself. Thanks for nothing.

Worst system in the world. I checked in at 10:30. I didn’t get called up to get a haircut till 1230 which is two hours later. I’ve been going there forever. They should do what other people do if you arrive you should be moved up. So I checked in at 10:30. I arrived at 11:30 and I didn’t get called up till 1230. I will never go back again place is horrible. There’s other places you can get haircuts for $$25. I’m so disappointed my name is Ron.

I’ve been a regular Great Clips customer for years and have generally had consistent, satisfactory haircuts at various locations. Unfortunately, the Great Clips at Teel Village in Frisco, TX, is a glaring exception.

On Monday, the 17th of November I visited this location for the third time. As usual, the stylist pulled up my client profile, which includes my preferred clipper guard length that stylists normally verify with me. Before she started cutting, I specifically asked her to confirm the guard size. She told me the wrong number. When I corrected her and pointed out what was actually listed in my profile, she casually said “Oh yeah” and proceeded anyway—resulting in a completely botched haircut.

This is now the third bad experience I’ve had at this specific salon. Every single visit has been noticeably worse than any other Great Clips I’ve ever used. The staff here simply do not pay attention to detail, and the results show it.

I’ll be wearing a baseball cap in public for the next couple of weeks until it grows out.

I strongly recommend avoiding the Great Clips at Teel Village in Frisco, TX. I have no issues with other Great Clips locations—just this one.
