I had a haircut today at Great Clips, looked good from the front. Get home & wife sees the back of my head. Bad gap on left side rear of head, center rear of my head looks like a bottle cap plug was plucked out of my hair. I returned to G.C. & complained, my stylist offered a refund or recut, I responded that she wasn't qualified to be a dog groomer & I want be back.

This was a amazing visit! This store is just soooo underrated best hair stylist ever and vandon who was so nice so talented. And this was the best hair styling store I have ever been to all in all amazing over 5 stars and beyond✨✨🤩

My girl at Bardmoore Promenade had retired so I let the new girl do My hair I have a short haircut. Very easy to do. I told her do not cut the bangs. Do not cut the sides trim up the top. All I have is a short spiky haircut. Ask her to use a razor her comment. Oh my razor pulls. When I cut with it I said well if you have a new blade in it it should not pull. She continues to cut with the thinning shears. She cut the bangs before I could say anything. Then she had to even up the mangs I kept telling her cut off of the top. She cut my hair so short thinned it out so much. I'm almost bald. That will be the last time I go back to Great clips that location anyway I do not know her name because she didn't introduce herself

I went to the Stouffville location today for my first time ever and I am happy with my hair! The check-in system works with my schedule and the location was very clean, chemical free and friendly.

My visit at Great Clips was a positive experience! The hairdresser was professional enough to give my haircut in a quick and successful manner. I got my haircut done in the way I wanted it, which made me feel satisfied. The waiting time was fast enough to where I got my haircut as soon as I entered Great Clips, thanks to their online check-in service. I’d highly recommend going to Great Clips, if you want to meet hairdressers who will listen and cut your hair the way you want it.

The people in the office were very racist. An African American came in asking three ladies if they would be comfortable cutting his hair. They couldn’t even look him in the eyes. They couldn’t answer him with a descent, honest answer. This man was very nice. Well dressed. A very nice car, and they still treated him with such disrespect. This is one of the worst places I have ever been. I will never bring my child here again. All of these ladies should be fired for racial discrimination. No one, in this day and age should ever be treated so horribly. I don’t care what race or nationality you are. Great clips, you lost our business and hopefully the world will see how awful your company is.

I've been a loyal customer of Great Clips for nearly 6 years with my 3 children, but after my recent experiences, I will not be returning.

We typically had gone to the Onkar Plaza location in South Terre Haute and have always been happy with the service, especially with Sam. However, since Sam has moved, we've tried other locations, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor.

Recently at the Lafayette location, my son was skipped in line, even though we checked in ahead of time, was in the salon, and 2 of my children were in the process of getting their hair cut. My last child was waiting in the waiting area with me. The stylist took a gentleman who was listed after us and had just arrived in the store, and when I questioned it, I was told another stylist would get my son soon. That stylist was flirting with the man the whole time and using profanity near my children at the register.

We recently went to the East side Terre Haute location. One of my children was getting a haircut with Rachel. I explained to Rachel that we wanted a simple trim, to where his hair would be around his ears. However, when I looked back, his hair had been cut extremely short. When I saw it, I stopped her immediately and she dismissed my concern, saying, "I messed this up, how do you want me to fix it?", while crossing her arms and leaning on the counter. I told her she was not going to "fix" it and that I was going to have one of the other ladies do it. (YOU CAN'T FIX HAIR THAT YOU CUT OFF). She never once apologized to me or my son, who was clearly upset and in tears. It was a very unprofessional and upsetting situation.

To make matters worse, another mother in the store was also returning to have her daughter's hair fixed, as Rachel had cut it incorrectly as well.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism at Great Clips, especially given the years we've been loyal customers. I won't be returning, and I advise others to be cautious when going to any of their locations.

I hadn't had a good haircut in years. I went to Dalia and she gave me the best haircut I ever had. She took her time to listen and gave me the haircut I wanted. My son got a hair cut from Kayla and she also gave a great hair cut. 😊

I notice that theres is no way to coment on any of there pages? Is that because they get so many bad remarks?
I sent mesage to there email and never heard a thing. doesn't surprize me after the incopotence and lies i had to deal with today. so yes I will never go back and would advise you to not go there either if you like you hair or don't want to be lied to.

I go to the Great Clips at Meijers in Appleton,Wisconsin and Tricia is my stylist. She is very friendly, always checks on how I want my hair cut and goes the extra mile to make sure my experience is a pleasant and that I am satisfied with how my hair cut.

I only have one complaint. People are very friendly. It’s clean, but they never listen to the kind of haircut I want and it’s simple most of the time they cut it so short I don’t even need a comb and I have curly hair and it’s even shorter when it dries, just listen to the customer please

Hair cut was great but when i checked in on line i received a coupon and lady said not taking that but it clearly says 8.99 and expired on 11/1/2024 very unhappy was charged 20.00 and i am a senior on fix income it is just not right.Was Wylie Texas on 544.

The Hills Market Great Clips is managed by a friendly, hard-working, excellent hairstylist, Amy Church. She has trained some great people to work there and is a wonderful hairstylist. This weekend haircuts are $9.99. What a deal!

I had been going to Great Clips for the past 4 years and for those years I would give them 5 stars. Took a photo in the first time to show them exactly what I wanted. Get someone different every time -- never had a bad haircut since expect for the one yesterday. I knew as soon as she made the first cut it was not going to be good. She snatched me almost bald even though I told her what I wanted. My only saving grace is -- hair grows out quickly and within 3 weeks I will have some semblance of a hairdo. If she is there the next time I can guarantee she will not be cutting my hair again.

Do not expect a good haircut here!! My hairstylist moved out of the state recently and I was in need of a cut for my long hair. I went to the Dewitt Great Clips on US-27 and waited my turn to go back. There were two stylists and both were busy so I waited for the next available. I clearly stated that I wanted my hair to hit just below my shoulders and even laid my finger in the place where I wanted it to be when the cut was completed. Right away she started cutting the back of my hair and I immediately stopped her and reminded her that I wanted the length to hit where I had already pointed to on my shoulder. She affirmed it but kept cutting and needless to say my hair barely even hits my shoulders!! She did not clarify or even take the time to really listen to what i was askig of her. I was not happy to say the least and even told her that it was WAY shorter that I had requested. she tried to make light of by saying she liked how the sides looked and wondered what I did to get it to look like that. I told her I let it grow out and it grows like that! Now I can’t even pull my SHORT hair into a ponytail or do anything with it to make it look good. I will never use this company again for a haircut!! So disappointed and am kicking myself for ever going to this place!! I even emailed the company letting them know my concern to which they responded that someone would be in touch with me from that store location. It's been two weeks now and I have heard nothing from the store manager.

This salon is at 21699 E Quincy Ave in Aurora,Colo. suite C. I have gone to other salons and paid up to 80.00 for a cut and let me tell you NEVER AGAIN! my friend referred me to the kindest gal and her name is ELSA. I showed Elsa the picture i wanted and wow she listened and did exactly what i had asked. I will never pay a high price again that i am not happy with. Elsa, thank you for doing the best job! You are simply fantastic! so happy my friend told me about you ! I will go to no one else.

Cassie from Wexford PA Store was the best and kind hair stylist ever!!!♥️♥️♥️ She deserves a raise for her hard work. Definitely will be back soon and hope she stays.

I always go to Great Clips on Wedgefield Hwy I have always received excellent haircuts if you do have a problem just tell them and they will make it right.

I don't know how it is in other parts of the country, but here at the Quarry Lake store in Baltimore, they're seriously going to lose customers because of their pricing. Thursday has always been a busy day at my local shop for people getting ready for the weekend. A 2 hour wait was always a possibility if you tried to check in later in the day. Today when I checked in it said 0 minute wait. I even said it out loud to myself - That can't be right. But, sure enough, I showed up and there was one person in a chair getting cut and no one waiting. $22 for a haircut, a BIG $3 discount for seniors and $12 for a beard trim? Not all that long ago, like around a year ago(?), a haircut was $17 and $5 for the beard - and those prices had been the result of an increase.

I don't know if their rent went up or it was just corporate raising the prices, but I do know the neighborhood and people have plenty of other options to get their hair done at better prices or at something better than a chain outfit for around the same cost. I can easily see this location closing for lack of business which is a shame. We don't have many businesses in this part of the county and it's convenient.

Online check in doesn’t work properly. Says 4 minutes then a minute later 15 then a walk in goes ahead of me??!
