Updated score from 5 stars to 1. Although everything above is correct I would not use this company again. Boiler failed over 2 weeks ago now, middle of December, no heating. I contacted boiler central who said someone would be in touch within few hours. What got back in touch was a text message from chat bot which was hopeless. After answering it's questions said it would be logged with service department. Heard nothing next day so contacted boiler manufacturer they sent out engineer same day who got boiler working but advised of water leak on installation. Someone from boiler central rang that day I informed of this said they would get someone out to sort this. Since then I have had 4 emails saying they trying to get someone out.i still waiting for someone. You cannot speak directly to service department only work via emails. Terrible aftersales service.

Green Central was prompt and cames to my rescue when other providers could not do the installation with short notice the boiler job was completed. And customer services follow up was exceptional. Thank you for the great service

Happy with the boiler service. The engineer was knowledgeable and friendly. There was an issue with the boiler and he had to come back to replace a part which was arranged within the promised timeline.

The worst company ever
The worst company ever. I wouldn’t recommend working with them. The boiler 5⭐️. But the customer service is horrible. I am trying to get an engineer to change my flue pipe which has been installed wrong, for months now. Every time when an engineer is supposed to come he doesn’t show up for whatever reasons. I contacted them to tell them when I am home for someone to come, their answer is : Ok I will send you a confirmation email once I talk with the engineer. And surprise surprise of course NO EMAIL!
One day I was at work and I see this engineer sent by them on the camera at my door. I get home call them to ask why they’ve send an engineer as we didn’t agree on nothing. The answer: I don’t know it has been booked. 🙄🙄
Twice already when an engineer came out for the flue pipe they have been sent without actually knowing what is the exact problem with it and they left as they came.
Yesterday I was finally sleeping after a long shift and again another engineer at the door telling me he got a phone call that he needs to have a look at the flue pipe( of course he couldn’t fix it because he hasn’t been told what was the problem and he didn’t had what he needed) . I am sorry Boiler Central but how the hell are you doing this appointments ??? You are just sending random the engineers out hopefully I am home ?? If I would miss an appointment with an engineer sent out by you, you would be charging me £50 !!!! Should I ask you for a fee as well ?

Great experience. Super easy to join online and booked boiler service. Great communication. Engineer arrived at time stated and carried out boiler service. Confirmed all was ok and explained all ‘paperwork’ was now sent via email.
THIROUGH BOILER INSPECTION
I’ve not needed to make use of the repsir service yet, but it is good to know I have the protection. Boiler servicing has been carried out in a very thorough manner, and communication has been excellent. .
