The job only took three days to complete the work men polite and professional they did a great job

It was so good it’s hard to know where to start!
From first contact with them and all the way throughout the extensive work that was carried out in my home all the skilled craftsmen were a pleasure to have in my home, their professional approach and work ethic could not have been improved, I would give them the highest possible recommendation.
The unseen people in the office were so friendly and helpful it made the whole experience feel completely stress free.

Green Improve installed first time central heating in my house which was a very complicated job as the house is Grade Twi listed and needed all the requisite permissions. Guided by Poppy in the office, we got there in the end!
The installation was led by Matt Dixon who was incredibly professional and hardworking. The rest of the team: Gary Meadows, Tom Fisher, John Nicholls and the electricians Matt and Ben were all equally hardworking and great to be around
The heating system was installed in 5 days which was quite a feat.

I had complications in order to have a new boiler installed therefore it took time. I also couldn’t do a date that worked for them though they reassured me not to worry. And so right were they 😁 they went above & beyond for me to have a new boiler. I had a back boiler that they also removed for me so glad to see it gone. The guys were fantastic such a tidy job & kept my house clean. They were good company & easy to chat with. I absolutely love my boiler & actually having a different style of controls so I can put the heating on anywhere I am so it’s cosy for when I’m home & not be abused when I’m not 🙏 that’s a blessing. The heating seems so much warmer therefore more efficient than Iv ever had im getting hot in my house that’s a first 🙌 absolutely completely grateful thank you to everyone that’s been involved I so appreciate each ones efforts & time great job 👏 Iv got heating 😁 can’t wait for a bath 🙋‍♀️

I recently had Gary and Anton install a new wall insulation in my home, and I am absolutely thrilled with the service. From the initial call, the communication was clear and organised, making it a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences.
They always arrived on time, were extremely professional, and were very meticulous in their work, ensuring a clean and tidy job site. The final result was excellent, with precise finishing that I am very pleased with.
I was also impressed by their willingness to answer our questions and explain everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood everything they were doing . This level of care and communication throughout the project was exceptional and is something we rarely see.

Great work carried out throughout

Green Improve did a fantastic job by helping me to get grant funding for an air source heat pump and solar panels. My house had an E grade EPC, and as I was on a small salary, they helped me liaise with the council and contractos so that I was able to get the job done with minimum fuss. Many thanks.

Not happy! They fitted an Addvent extractor in my kitchen Sept last year which has now fallen apart and can no longer be used. Have tried to contact them via e mail and WhatsApp, no response at all not even an acknowledgement! Looking like I'll now have to fork out around £150 to get one sourced and replaced by an electrician.

Great job lads came in in December time no troubles and just got on with the work friendly fellas & poppy from the office was very helpful on the phone and had a lovely phone manner. Can’t complain what so ever seriously brilliant job.

The finished job was fine but I had to point the guys fitting the fans in the right direction in fitting the vents Also the extractor fans they removed were of a higher rating than the ones they fitted which really defeats the object.
I now have condensation in the bathroom

All of the team at Green Improve were helpful and professional and the work carried out was to a high standard. They made the whole process stress free and I am already seeing the benefits of their fantastic installation of solar panels, storage heaters and cavity wall insulation.

Was surprised that we were able too get all the the done with no cost. Was well informed as to what work would be done and when ,the house was left clean and tidy. The people who did the work where very helpful.

We recently had a range of home improvements completed through Green Improve under the ECO4 scheme, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and real efficiency.

A huge thank you to Carrie Hickson, who managed everything so smoothly. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and always on hand to answer questions, making what could have been a daunting process feel easy and well-organised.

Once approved, the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard by several fantastic teams. Danny, Graham, and Leon did a brilliant job installing the insulation — friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. Mikey and Scott installed the vents and heaters with real attention to detail, and although we didn’t catch their names, the team who fitted the solar panels were excellent — fast, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing.

Every person from Green Improve who came to our home was a credit to the company — courteous, punctual, and focused. It was clear that each team took pride in their work.

We honestly can’t thank you all enough. Last winter was incredibly expensive and difficult for us, but the improvements you’ve made will genuinely transform our home life and give us peace of mind going into the colder months.
