Good communication at first but lacking mid way to end. We requested attic insulation which was our only initial request. We was advised a good chance of a thicker insulation but this never occurred despite several requests. Large holes put around house to install wall cavity material and leakage in attic of insulation still visible not rectified. Fans had to be installed due to the legislation after cavity insulation, which are put in best position possibe but the are fitted to outside walls. WIndow vents are also fitted. These vents are causing problems having to remove and reinstall and still hear traffic and a draught still causing noise and draughts. All the staff are courteous. I would think more carefully about having these procedures and request more details.

I can not thank the team enough for the top job they did on my home. They installed cavity wall and loft insulation for me (even doing a good job of matching the paint colour) air source heating and solar panels through the Government ECO4 scheme. Everything was done in a few days with little fuss. And when the team did need to move furniture etc they were incredibly professional and tidy. I have nothing bad to say on the before, during or aftercare they have provided. I can not recommend highly enough!

I really appreciate the communication from Poppy and how quickly I was able to schedule the jobs at my place. Alex did a great job with the cavity wall insulation, while electricians Scott and Teo worked on improving the extractor fans in my kitchen and bathroom. Scott also installed a core vent in the living room and six trickle vents in three bedrooms. I could see that all of them genuinely cared about their work. Alex spent a couple of hours patiently working and made an effort to clean up the dust, and while the windows got a little dusty with the orange dust, it was easy to clean the next day. Scott and Teo worked hard to keep the job tidy and ensure everything was done to a high standard without making unnecessary cuts in the walls for the cables. Poppy was incredibly organized and explained all the details thoroughly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’m really happy with the work done!

Absolutely disgusting! My neighbours had green improve fit there central heating in there rented property, they had the audacity to use power drills & constantly bang hammers or what ever it is they were doing until 7pm of and evening! We have 3 young children that are in bed at 6pm as you can imagine the disturbance was horrendous! Causing chaos in our house! Absolutely appalling!!

We had the lovely Theo over to do our cavity and heating installation. Theo was so kind and so respectful of our home. He explained everything throughly, cleaned each and every area he worked in. Came on time, and left us with all the relevant information and manuals. Thank you Theo, your time was greatly appreciated, Sana.

Rob did a survey prior to my cavity wall installation. He was extremely polite and helpful and answered my many questions.
Alex did the cavity wall installation and tidied up after. Again a very polite and helpful person.
Theo came the following day to install trickle vents and fans in the appropriate rooms. Also, polite, helpful and tidied up after.
All in all I am very happy with the work they all did. They are a credit to your company. Please convey my thanks to them. Also, thanks to Holly who was my first point of contact and to the rest of the office team in Blackburn.

I have recently had full eco refit to my property in north Devon I can honestly safely say what a transformation I was very happy with the installation of the boiler system and solar panels and I would like make special mention about the plumbing team both called mat and Chris the electrician they a credit to green improve my only concern was with the insulation team who's work ethic was a poor standard but overall I would recommend for everyone to consider having this done thank you Mr Paul gubbins
