What can I say about the three lads who came to start work on my home, Arran, Graham (Grundy) and Warren, what a fantastic job you have done on the plastering, before the Electricians start work and the Central Heating goes in, you were very professional and courteous, nothing was too much trouble if I needed a question answering you were only to happy to answer it, they tidied and cleaned up after themselves, even put my furniture back after, could not recommend them highly enough what great assets they are to your company, they are really, nice well grounded lads, thank you just does not seem enough, this is written on behalf of my mum Ann Snee.

Awful experience unfortunately sales man was very pushy on the phone trying to give me a product I didn't want. When we finally agreed on what I wanted a I was called to book an install slot. They insulated my loft. And then started other work around the home which I hant agreed upon and was left with unwanted holes in my newly finished bathroom. The install left mess and rubbish around
my home. And even after a phone call with there office while the installer was at my house the job hasn't been done right

Essential fans fitted after cavity wall insulation by Theo. Very efficient work with clear explanation of what was happening and answers to any questions I had. Pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Excellent experience.

They had good workmen but left the place like a bombsite. Costing a fortune to have someone clean up after them. Moved loft insulation to fit inverter in an innacceable place then refused to come back to rectify it. Only found out extent of poor workmanship when they left. Had to have decorator sort out windowsills etc. Don't use them. The heating system is not working. House only 12 degrees. I have terminal illness and we are pensioners. I had to hang up on their heating manager today as he was so abusive and would not listen..Heating bill has gone from £150 month to £500 and now they say it is a faulty heat pump and i should go back to makers under warrantee, don't use them.
Despite complaints they said it was user error and referred me to grant who made heat pump. Grant inspected installation said that Greenimprove had fitted too small a heat pump and should have used 28mm pipes instead of 22mm and pipes were uninsulated. But since they have been paid they are no longer interested. Whole system closed down and frosted during cold weather. We had to use log stove. We are both in our late 70s and i have heart failure. its a disgrace.

I've just had central heating put in for the first time, with an air source heat pump. Matt and Matt did the installation, Chris and Mick the electrics. All were consummate professionals, friendly, hard-working, expert knowledge, tidy, and discussed options with me, advising as necessary. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. It was rather pleasant to have hunky young men around for a few days too! 😄😄😉

Just like to say the guys that done the insulation work with fantastic The guys that put the central heating in fantastic the two electricians who were here were fantastic. You should be proud of your team. They are brilliant bunch of guys and also thank you to Tom in the office for organising everything. You should be proud of your team thanks again

We were fortunate enough to qualify for a 2-stage energy grant; Internal Wall Insulation, then a new heating system.
Tom arranged logistics rapidly, and within a few days Aaron, Warren and Grundy were at our house installing the insulation.
They kept as tidy as possible and their skimming skills are top notch. Maybe send Woz on a skirting board course though :-D
Regardless, we're highly chuffed with the results.

Second team in were Matt and his trusty second in command Gary. Both consummate pros, I can't believe Gary managed to get himself into the crawl space under our house. What a hero! They were in and out in 3 and a half days, full heating system installed on a decent sized Victorian Terrace house.

Poppy and Laura in the office were also both incredibly helpful. Top marks to all.

I found the company to be very fast and efficient. Also the plumbers James and Dan and the electricians Liam and Chris efficient friendly and very considerate nothing was to much trouble for them.

Dan and James were the most amazing people to meet, very hardworking and ever so polite not just to me and my family but well mannered with my home too. They had worked in our house for a couple days installing a boiler, did a wonderful job especially with dealing with our inquiries and we were very impressed. They even left our house clean as they could, which we really appreciate. Their work is so immaculate I would recommend to have work done from them! Really appreciate their hard work, thank you so much once again!

The entire team Matt, Gary, Dan, James and Chris worked very hard over the days we had them. They were extremely friendly, cooperative and helpful regarding any sort of queries we had! They explained everything with great care and etiquette and were very polite. I would recommend anyone to have work from them and see how brilliant if a job they do! Thank you to all of them all we are really happy!
