Greentec were recommended to me by Hoxton Macs after I lost my mains charger plug. Cheaper and used options on eBay, CEX etc had contradictory compatibility claims and I was struggling to identify, let alone track down what I needed. I emailed Greentec and Operations Director Sam got back to me the same morning. After exchanging messages, he kept researching until he’d tracked down the exact model I needed. It was reasonably priced, and Greentec dispatched it the same day in an unmarked padded brown envelope marked from Sam for safe delivery. Arrived as described and in immaculate condition.

The received iMac M1 power pack is not working. I have asked for a return to be arranged, but no contact with me has been made for 48h. We have received a full refund at the end.

Received power adapter in quick timing, just a shame this was not working. But they searched for a replacement to no joy, I was given a full refund.
