Broke my iMac Charger Adaptor
Broke my iMac Charger Adaptor, couldn't find a new one anywhere. Ordered from Greentec for next day delivery and spoke to a member of staff on the phone, who reasured me it'll arrive in the morning, which it did, and worked fine!
Great service, will definatly use again!

I have purchased chargers and accessories a number of times now from Greentec, the service is fast efficient and the products are always in fantastic condition, delivery is fast and securely packaged, Sam is always on had to help also, with great customer service.

Item arrived as described. Unfortunately, it was no longer needed and it seems you're unable to return items (which I don't think was clear on purchase).
Update because it's not clear on the website or from the reply to this post. Please note any product returned because the buyer has changed their mind or ordered the wrong model (through no fault of our own) will be subject to a 10 - 25% refund deduction

All orders can be returned within 30 days through our website or by getting in contact with us. Unfortunately, we did not receive notification from either of these methods so were unable to assist.

Cheap, easy collection...
Was able to arrange cheap collection for the mattress to be recycled compared to what some 'man in a van' was offering.
Was able to text the driver in the morning to get warning of when they were close so I could bring the mattress downstairs. Plus with a sleeping baby he was able to text when outside to prevent waking her!

I'm incredibly pleased with the service and the items. They're genuine products in their original packaging and the prices are great. I received a genuine USB-C 61W Power Adapter and a 2 metre USB-C cable and both of them are still in the original cellophane and immaculate.
