What I find most contemptible - beyond ordinary dishonesty - is the act of stealing from charitable organisations.

I personally purchased and donated a solar geyser to benefit a charity. Due to resource constraints and logistical pressures, the organisation was unable to collect the geyser within a few days of purchase. Additionally, my designated email address is not consistently monitored, which has delayed communication.

When representatives of the charity eventually attempted to collect the geyser weeks later, Marcel and Tiaan falsely asserted that it had already been collected by someone else. I requested proof of this alleged collection, yet to this day, they have refused to provide any evidence.

Theft by businesses is reprehensible in any circumstance. But theft directed at charities - organisations dedicated to serving the vulnerable - demands public exposure. Such conduct should not merely be condemned; it should be named, shamed, and held to account.

Please, if you can avoid doing business with Grid Solutions SA, situated at Bonaero Park Shopping Centre in Bonaero Park, that would be great.

We made an order, paid and arranged for collection on a Saturday. They confirmed collection and assured us all is ready for collection.
We called day before and it was all system Go.
We got the the most costly rude awakening on that fateful Saturday! Not taking our calls not even to respond to our Whatsapp.
Imagine! All the way from Gaborone Botswana driving like a maniac with a huge police charge. Yes it was Christmas time but we re assured of our collection. This was truly a disappointing experience.
We had paid and had to do another trip for collection and there was not even an apology.
