Faulty Item purchased, no response on returns
Purchased and Item. When it arrived, it was packaged in such a way that it appeared to have been in for repairs and then re-sold.
Item did not work.
I have requested a return, but have had no response in 2 weeks.

All of our products, including the FiveStar LBW WiFi dongles, are new and come directly from our suppliers. We stand by the quality of the products we sell, and it is concerning to hear that yours is not functioning as expected.

Fast and free shipping. Was very impressed with the service.
I only purchased on car battery - and it did need some charge on arrival but that is normal if they have been on the shelf for a while. Can't speak to the after sales service on the 18 month warranty. But thus far, they are a real good supplier.
