We do clearly advertise across the website that we price match other stores and would be more than happy to honour this still if you can provide the details of where you found it cheaper. We will then refund the difference back. This is the first we have heard from you about the issue here and feel that we have upheld our terms/promises as a company in getting the item you ordered delivered in the specified time frame so have not actually done anything ‘wrong’.

Telos light stopped working after 1…
Telos light stopped working after 1 day. Emailed them for a replacement but got no reply. I’m gonna do a chargeback and get my money back.

We have tried to resolve this matter for you a few times now. We have a clear log of emails to you relating to this matter too, so I am not sure why you have said you have not received any replies. After speaking with you more recently you informed us you have sold the unit on eBay for spares when we have advised we would take it back like we would do with any item that is faulty. You have then asked for a partial refund which is going to be difficult to do as we do not have a faulty item back to refund against! We are very keen to work this out with you but it is quite tricky as you chose to sell the item even though we wanted to help you with the issue. We will email you directly to continue to work towards resolving this matter.

We resolved this issue as soon as you reported it to us (you actually left the review before emailing us). We have been in touch several times to ensure you are happy with the replacement you have received but have had no reply. We would like to apologise for the fault on your pH meter, this does happen sometimes as these can be very sensitive instruments. Damaged on delivery
I ordered something that was damaged in transit, after emailing the company I received a fast response promising to send out the new one that same day for a next day delivery.
Fast forward 5 days and 3 emails later promising next day it was only when I asked about a refund that it was posted.
I don't mind the delay but to be told 3 times it was coming next day and then it not being sent out was annoying.

Am struggling to separate the pots.
The delivery came really quickly, thank you, but, as the pots were stacked together, I am really struggling to separate them. The saucers are fine.
