Great plant rescue box
I ordered a plant rescue box. Plants were sent quickly and arrived in healthy condition (despite a delay with the courier delivering them).
I received a good variety of 4 rescue plants and I'm really pleased with them.

Fantastic customer service
Absolutely great customer service. Rachel emailed to explain a minor issue with my order. She went out of her way to find the best solution. My plant arrived very quickly after we'd solved the issue. It was very well packaged so that it wasn't damaged when the delivery person left it on its side (despite the box showing which way up it should go), and it's absolutely beautiful. Thanks so much grow urban team.

Very Good, Very Nice
Plants (and pots!) extremely well packaged and arrived undamaged. 3 Easter cactuses, (a technically correct word-fight me XD) complete with lots of buds in 3 different colours. Admittedly the delivery time was longer than I had anticipated but very happy with my purchases and the delivery!

I ordered ahead and collected at the store - first time visiting and the Grove St location was absolutely stunning. My plants are brilliant and couldn’t help picking up a couple more during my visit. Staff were so friendly and helpful too, letting me know how many rooms there were to explore! Plus, everything was packaged securely and made it safe on my trip back to Glasgow.

Excellent quality plants
Excellent quality plants, packaged well and swift delivery. I had an issue with the courier service, however Grow Urbans customer service was excellent and quickly had my issue resolved.
