Suzanne has always been extremely helpful and very pleasant. In our final stages of moving from our home and needing another last minute storage unit, she scrambled to help us and found one to accommodate our belongings. We are very pleased with Guardian Storage and the exceptional customer service we have received from Suzanne! We highly recommend Guardian.

This Guardian location is very convenient, and is easy to get in/out of the buildings. Security and lighting are good.

Areas of dissatisfaction are price (other facilities are less expensive for similarly-sized units), snow removal (plow frequently pushes snow up against unit entrances) and general cleanliness (hallways in buildings don't seem to get swept very often).

Guardian Storage in Bridgeville is clean, accessible, reasonably priced, and has the best property management. I had a rental unit in 2010 and now again in 2015. I think of them first for my storage needs.

Great staff and friendly. The area is very clean and well taken care of. Units inside are a little tight fit to get things in but I switched to a drive up one with no problems and it works out great!!

Guardian Storage has provided us with an excellent facility to store our equipment and supplies. It is very clean and well lit. Bob has been a great help and is their for any of our questions or needs.

I have high regards for my Guardian on Lebanon Church Road, West Mifflin PA. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately and with friendly service. Having had a birthday a short time before, I was wished happy belated birthday when it was noticed on my ID. We were taken to the available unit first to be sure it met what I needed. And I love that the truck is affordable and obtained with very little trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit.

This storage facility is great! Very clean and well maintained! The property manager, Matt, is very helpful.

I had the best experience! Front office visit to set up my unit was awesome because of your office staff. I was very impressed with how awesome the facility was. I moved in late on a Thursday evening. The door to my unit was in good working order. The facility was well lit.

However when I returned on a Sunday. The gate was wide open. There was no one on staff as I would not have expected there to be anyone there. For a gated facility, you expect that the gate would be closed on the weekend. I know that Personally rented with you guys for that reason. Also, with the gate being wide open on a Sunday and you do not need any code for anyone to enter the building thru the sliding glass doors. What is there to stop someone from breaking into a unit? Is this how normally the facility is on a weekend and evenings when no one is at the location?

This is my second time using Guardian and I must say that the experience has only gotten better!! Anita was extremely helpful and accommodating during the move in process. The facility is immaculate and very secure. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to store their valuables. Guardian on Jefferson Avenue is the BEST!!!!

this is a clean, easy to get in and out storage facilities....only con is that it is not 24x7
