I worked with the manager of this facility and found him to be very professional. The unit was in very good, and clean condition. Security was top notch with monitored cameras throughout. This facility costs a few dollars more than some other local storage places, but is worth the extra money. Highly recommend.

Place was convenient. Lady that was most often at front desk, I think her name was Megan, was very helpful.

Use this company. Everything was excellent. 5 stars.

In looking around for a trust worthy, clean, friendly, and reasonably priced storage place to keep some of my valuable things Guardian Storage was the BEST! They continue to take great care of us! We are very happy with the support and friendly service we continually receive. Not to mention they are not just a storage unit that stores things they are actively involved in their communities, doing things like toy drives, benefits for children and families in need. I Use Guardian Storage for my personal use and for my business as well. I highly recommend using them you won't be sorry!!

This is my first time utilizing a storage facility and I have to say this place is great. It is clean many different size areas to store your stuff. The staff has always been very helpful in answeringy questions and going out of their way to help. Very nice,.

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT EXCELLENT SERVICE

Moved my son into what he felt was an adequate storage locker, but suddenly it appeared he had twice as much stuff! The guys worked with us and located another room that was close enough to the first to make it easy on us. Have used them for all my kids' moves and they have been great.

The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The facilities offer a range of accommodation, and are extremely clean and convenient, with service carts available to help and plenty of light. One cannot find a better storage environment.

The facility is always cook clean and the management is always extremely helpful and kind.

While the staff is usually very nice, I do have to say that the storage facility is filled with cockroaches. I've been renting a unit since last fall and within a few days my locker and my belongings were covered with roaches. I looked through my contract and it says that they don't cover any damages caused by bugs. Though, with as many as I saw just walking through the facility, you'd think they would at least have exterminators do a sweep every few weeks.

the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

I am totally satisfied with the facility & with the service. My only complaint is that the rate keeps increasing every year; therefore, I will be making arrangements to move to a different facility the next rate increase I get. That is the only reason for my 3 star rating.

Guardiam Storage areas are clean, neat, and temperature controled. It is a safe way to keep you property locked up until you need it.

Guardian storage was a great place to keep my belongings. It was easy to set up, the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are clean with excellent security. They have convenient hours to access lockers. Storage fees were very affordable and they make payment easy with online services and automatic bill pay. They even assisted me when I lost my keys to my lock, free of charge! I highly recommend guardian and will certainly use them in the future.

The manager of the facility, Ted, is great. He handled everything for us from day one through clearing out professionally and courteously. We did not have a single complaint about the facility. Would recommend and use again.

This is the second time we have rented storage space and I cannot tell you how convenient it is. We can rotate seasonal items without difficulty or place items that we wish to keep, but don't want to keep in an attic. The facility is always clean and the people are terrific.

We have used Guardian Storage at two different locations, and the service has been stellar at each.

We have been using Guardian in Washington PA and have been very happy with that location. Clean, well lit, rest rooms available, easy access for our car (or a truck). We have a 5x5 unit and it holds more than we have to store. Price is very reasonable. Sometimes a little difficult to find something as there's no light inside the unit but hasn't been a real issue, also the ceiling is low so need to be careful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Have used Guardian storage on several occasions and have always been satisfied with services offered there.
