Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We're 100% online and self-paced, with live trainer-led sessions, Guaranteed Work Placement through our partner SkilTrak, and interest-free payment plans from just $28 per week. But what our students talk about most isn't the courses — it's the people. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named by name in hundreds of reviews as the reason a student made it through. That level of care isn't accidental. It's the standard we hire to and the culture we build every day. If you're considering studying with us — you're in the right place. These reviews are from real students, at every stage of their journey. Read them, ask us anything, and when you're ready, book a free 30-minute call with one of our course advisors. No pressure. Just honest advice. Give us a call: 03 8362 3113 Book a meeting : https://calendly.com/student-recruitment-hader/30-minute-meeting www.haderinstitute.edu.au

Feedback for Assessor – Cecille Galura
Assessor Cecille was very clear and supportive throughout my role-play assessment. She explained the process well, communicated clearly and created a comfortable environment where I felt confident to participate and demonstrate my skills. She was patient, approachable and professional, and gave me the opportunity to express my ideas and respond to the scenario without feeling rushed. Her guidance and encouragement made the role-play a positive learning experience.
I appreciated the way she provided clear instructions and made sure I understood what was expected of me. Overall, I found the assessment process supportive, well organised and helpful for developing my confidence and understanding of advocacy.
