I enquired about a course through Hader. There was an immediate response via text message, and through that conversation I had all the information I needed. So far so good.
The last message from the texting said that I should book a phone call if I wanted more information. I did NOT book a phone call, because I didn't want one. They have called me every day for 3 weeks, at first it was multiple times a day. I did answer once and told the guy I felt hassled and to please take me off the call list. He said he would, but the calls just keep coming. These aren't course advisors, they are sales people and now they won't leave me alone.
Meanwhile, I can do the course I'm thinking of in a government funded place if I do it through a normal face-to-face institution. Why would I pay thousands for the same thing?

We've reviewed the activity linked to your enquiry and can see that further contact attempts were made after you clearly indicated you didn't want to continue the conversation. That should have been actioned the moment you asked, and it wasn't. We've now made sure you'll receive no further follow-up, and we're addressing this with our team internally so it doesn't happen again.
For context — never as an excuse — our Course Advisors reach out after an enquiry to help people get the information they need to make an informed decision. But that only works when we respect the answer, including "no thank you," and in your case we didn't. We're sorry for that.

Very informative with trainers in particular ”Cayan Erdogdu” has a vast amount of expertise and experience alongside students of all ages making it very comfortable setting, classes are not oversized overall haders institution have created an awesome environment and were also able to assist promptly upon request.
