Hader Institute of Education is one of Australia's highest-rated online RTOs — delivering nationally recognised qualifications in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, and Alcohol & Other Drugs. We're 100% online and self-paced, with live trainer-led sessions, Guaranteed Work Placement through our partner SkilTrak, and interest-free payment plans from just $28 per week. But what our students talk about most isn't the courses — it's the people. Viki. Cayan. Blake. Duane. Charlotte. Trainers named by name in hundreds of reviews as the reason a student made it through. That level of care isn't accidental. It's the standard we hire to and the culture we build every day. If you're considering studying with us — you're in the right place. These reviews are from real students, at every stage of their journey. Read them, ask us anything, and when you're ready, book a free 30-minute call with one of our course advisors. No pressure. Don't even make an enquiry!!
Don't even make an enquiry!!
I enquired about a course through Hader. There was an immediate response via text message, and through that conversation I had all the information I needed. So far so good.
The last message from the texting said that I should book a phone call if I wanted more information. I did NOT book a phone call, because I didn't want one. They have called me every day for 3 weeks, at first it was multiple times a day. I did answer once and told the guy I felt hassled and to please take me off the call list. He said he would, but the calls just keep coming. These aren't course advisors, they are sales people and now they won't leave me alone.
Meanwhile, I can do the course I'm thinking of in a government funded place if I do it through a normal face-to-face institution. Why would I pay thousands for the same thing?

Hi Amanda,
Thank you for sharing this, and we're genuinely sorry — being contacted repeatedly after you'd asked to be taken off the list is not okay, and it's not how we want anyone to experience Hader.
We've reviewed the activity linked to your enquiry and can see that further contact attempts were made after you clearly indicated you didn't want to continue the conversation. That should have been actioned the moment you asked, and it wasn't. We've now made sure you'll receive no further follow-up, and we're addressing this with our team internally so it doesn't happen again.
For context — never as an excuse — our Course Advisors reach out after an enquiry to help people get the information they need to make an informed decision. But that only works when we respect the answer, including "no thank you," and in your case we didn't. We're sorry for that.
Look no further than here 💯
