I ordered 2 pairs of shorts on 12/12/22 and still have received no updates on the status of the order

The shorts are amazing! I should honestly be an ambassador because I’ve put so many people on.

Quality was amazing .. the shipping was fast and they were sending me emails every step of the way to ensure they were on top of everything

Was send the same mystery box items that I’ve had gotten the month before and you guys said that there was nothing you could do about it because you guys don’t keep track on what you have send already

all threads are coming out already, just feels cheap. Fabric is really comfortable, just the stitches are already ruined.

Product was not as detailed as displayed. Product had blurry lines rather than the crisp lines shown

I purchased a pair if shorts and the advertised photos of the shorts do not reflect the poor quality of the prints.

the short designs are blown out and fuzzy in the material. incredibly low quality.

The shipping is a lil to long but it’s definitely worth it bcz you get free shipping plus the shorts look so awesome, can’t wait to play basketball in these cool things

The shorts are nowhere near the size I choose, it might as well be a youth size. Also when I needed to speak to someone about my order, I was passed around and took forever for my question to be answered, the customer service was so bad with just a question I figured I’d just eat the 30$

I got more of the same shorts I already had gotten from the subscription box

I got sent the same exact pair of shorts 2 times for a Subscription..

Loved the shorts! But i order 3 pairs in a buy 2 get one free deal or something like that in November 2022 and i only received 2 of the pairs i ordered.

The shipping. It took over a month and a half to get the shorts. They had to resend them. It took forever, I didn’t even want them anymore but they wouldn’t give me a refund just another pair sent out. I want to order more but because of my bad experience I never will. Sucks. I really like the shorts.

I been sent the same shorts 2 times back to back

Really liked the shorts and everything on my first purchase, so I decided to order the jumbo mystery box in November and waited 2 months without hearing anything. I emailed them and heard shortly that they were backed up and I should be getting them soon but they weren’t even processed yet. Decided to just not get the shorts and get my money back. Honestly, a real bummer. I’m literally begging y’all to take my money but these shipping times are insane. Shorts are top notch though. If you don’t mind waiting 6 years, I would definitely grab a pair or two.

After not hearing about my order status for over a month, I emailed about it. I was told ‘I have no clue when your order will be shipped.’ When I finally got my delivery after more than 2 months, the product was inferior to what I saw in the original photo and I was pretty disappointed.

The items did take a while to get delivered but regardless, they were very good quality.

I ordered Gengar shorts and you guys took 3 months to ship it. I moved from the house you shipped it too and I never got my shorts.
