Sucks completely all around the shorts were too small. I tried ordering a jacket when I got my promo code and it was out of stock.

Be careful before you order. No one is responding to emails. I ordered shorts on December 30, 2022, and still have not received them. Sent several emails for updates sent and no response as of yet.

Ordered in early December as of February 6th they have not shipped my package.

Customer support could be better and shipping times i placed my order for 4 items back in December and I just received my package on the 2nd of February, I’m more irritated than anything because I only received 2 items out of 4 now I’m wondering where the rest of my order is. Customer support is a joke I sent in my complaint 3days ago and have yet to hear back.

Communication could definitely improve, I ordered 3 items and was lead to believe it would come in one package, as I was not told anything was different. My package came but only one item, I contacted support and then I was told it sometimes comes separate. So communicate would definitely help

I have emailed 3 times over the last 3-4 weeks and no one ever emails back. Haven’t heard anything about my order and I’m worried I’ll never get it.

This place is a scam....bought shorts in December. Still no order....get the run around. No tracking, no communication, no product i ordered

Do not order anything or you will lose your money

The fox mask was delivered damaged with cracks on the side. The neon light up function didn't operate either.

Hoodie is fine. It’s really thin though, and it runs a lot smaller than you would expect so buyers should order an entire size up from their usual size. More for looks than staying warm.

I ordered two things in October they never came so they gave me a refund and then I got code to re order which I tried but what I wanted was sold out so when I just ordered new stuff it just came in the mail and I only got one of the two items it’s February now just a terrible experience overall cool clothes designs though just not the best when it comes to getting your stuff feels like 100 dollars down the drain

I wish I could give a good review but I still have to receive an order that was placed in December. At this point I feel it's a scam site. Each time I send an email someone replies with the same answer. "Your order is being processed" I'm over it.

Shipping took a while and shorts are bad quality. Thread already started unraveling and I only wore them once.

Impossible to easily return or exchange items

I tried to order the same order maybe three different times and the first two were “delivered” but never arrived at my home or in my mailbox. i didn’t get my money back they gave me two gift cards that didn’t work and finally when i just decided to pay for it it took almost two months to arrive. only 5/6 of my shorts were there until maybe another two weeks before the last pair arrived.

Terrible quality shorts. Awkward length. Would never wear them in public.

I ordered two different shorts and so far no complaints only thing I would add is a mesh liner in the 5in inseam shorts otherwise great stuff.
