Great price and very quick delivery, great experience from ordering to delivery

I made a mistake on the model I wonted when ordering online I phoned in and yeonne was very helpful and friendly sorted out my problem we drove down to exchange the item as we were travelling in a few days so could not wait for the delivery.would highly recommend their service and would order again when needed I ordered an river but should have been a delta.they could not have been more helpful.

Excellent service, item arrived next day. I has originally purchased the same generator from another company, generators center, unknown to me a scam, SO BE SURE TO AVOID
I still needed the this item, so my advise is always used a trusted company like Hampshire, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SERVICE.

Very knowledgeable staff, fast delivery obviously a good product could have gone direct to the manufacturer but HG had good offer + free gift. Decent company to deal with, recommended.

We spent a lot of time looking for a new Generator.
The one we chose ticked all the boxes having so many power options. Being Dual Fuel and Key Start with 2 remote controls supplied was a big plus.
Also included was the Gas Regulator connector and tool kit etc.
Clear and precise User Manual.
Ordered and Delivered in the time stated. Well packaged and professional Courier and Excellent contact from Hampshire Generators gave us total reassurance in the Company and being a UK based company with easy contact was another plus.
To be honest we haven't actually used the Generator yet so the real test in our purchase is yet to come!!
We obviously have high hopes that we won't experience any problems.

Upon request, Hampshire Generators delayed the dispatch of my (in stock) items while I was away on holiday, which was helpful. But by the time it came to the agreed date of the new dispatch, some items somehow became out of stock. Did Hampshire Generators sell my items to someone else during the delayed dispatch? Still waiting for some items 2 weeks on.
Tarnished the experience.

The items that went out of stock, which I was still waiting for, were withdrawn from UK sale by the manufacturer. This was out of Hampshire Generator's hands, was communicated by email, and refunded immediately.
They have been quick to respond to emails about all of my orders.
Actually very good service, given the disappointing circumstances.

Phone advice was helpful before ordering and the order was processed quickly and delivered promptly. Only slight snag was the delivery was split between two days. Solar panel and leads delivered then the next day the generator.

Next day delivery. Competitive price.

I ordered and paid for an Excel Power XL4000i-DF 3.8KW Dual-Fuel Inverter Generator online, but needed to pick it up urgently for an event. I called and spoke to Simon, who was great, and arranged to collect it the next day, from the depot near Fareham. After connecting the battery and filling the unit with oil and fuel it started first time. Excellent!

It was a fast efficient service and I am very happy with the Evoflow River 2 that I bought from them.

Never shop here again. Total shambles. Hard to get hold of lady in charge of orders. These people are simply a drop shipper as not got items in stock. Order Eco Flow Glacier and took over a week for them to get it in. We ordered another items from Eco Flow direct and it arrived within 2 days. Shocking company to deal with as don’t do anything in a rush. Never again and suggest buying your firms direct from the manufactures not these middle men company. Shocking.

The power pack does exactly what we need.
Haven't tried the solar panels yet, due to an essential missing element - sun!
The customer service was excellent.
It seemed odd that the courier held the power pack back for a day, but we still got both components on time.

Ok, a great company. Really good customer support. Unfortunately what lets them down is they use a terrible delivery service. FedEx are as bad as Evri, and we all know how bad they are. So I would give this company 6out of 10. It would have been a 10 out of 10 had they used a delivery service that are reliable.

I ordered a spare PV cable for my Ecoflow Delta Pro, it arrived in a day. I was suitably impressed as I had not paid for speedy delivery as this was a spare cable. Well packaged and competitively priced.

Excellent price, customer services and delivery. Cannot fault any aspect of dealing with this company!

Ok so far except solar panels turned up day before generator .. not tried it fully yet
