From ordering to delivery the service was excellent. I was charged a delivery fee when I shouldn't of been but never noticed at the time of ordering.i was contacted that day and refunded immediately by dave.it says a lot about the moral compass of this company.the product ordered was the best price I could find in the UK. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent customer service and value
I purchased some electric radiators as an emergency measure following a domestic central heating fault. Oxtrad were excellent value - a "value pack" of four items cost less than three elsewhere. They also worked with me to have the items delivered on a convenient day.

Received the pump but float switch was faulty. Pump worked well without switch.
Replacement pump was organised same day so just one of those things and after sales service was good.

V-Tuf SP210 Petrol Pressure Washer
We found the pressure washer we wanted and then found Oxtrad Tools who were offering the best price. Dave was really friendly on the phone when we called to find out if it was something they had in stock. Order process was simple, delivery was quick, invoice arrived in good time. Would highly recommend.
