Handles4u Avis 

An all round disappointing experience. I ordered 3 sets of door handles with the latches and hinges. What I actually received were just the handles, so I contacted them via email, in fairness they called me back the same day and advised they would sent out the missing parts. Here we over a week later and I have received nothing. I contacted them to advise it appears the parcel has been lost in transit but i received no response. Therefore i am requesting a full refund and I will never order anything from them ever again. They have completely inconvenienced me and wasted my time.

Awful service! Placed an order on the 12/12/2020 and after waiting 3 weeks with no update and no order I tried to contact them, unreachable by phone so I sent an enquiry via their website which got ignored! So I sent another one a week later which I finally recieved a reply stating that one of the items was out of stock until the 12/01! No mention to me at all before this point that said item was out of stock. I agreed to wait until the 12/01 for my items to be sent altogether. Still have had no update on items or received an order & sent further enquiries out for a refund which they have yet to respond. Very disappointed would never use them again.

They take your money, and then No sign of goods. They do not reply to ANY correspondence. This company is getting away with stealing customers money with no intention of sending out the goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will not receive anything you order, BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Having read the most recent reviews I have been getting twitchy about my order which was placed 18/11/2020.However low and behold my order arrived this morning 3/12/2020, after having made many phone calls and sent untold amounts of emails, which produced absolutely no response whatsoever.
Having said that if you have the nerve to risk buying from this company, I can only say the quality of the goods that arrived were wonderfull and are now fitted and look really great. My wife was really impressed as to how lovely they look ....so all's well that ends well.
Most of this delay could be due to covid,but other companies seem to cope ok!!!!!! does still have the potential to be a 5star company with a bit more effort and communication.

would give 0 stars if possible. Items never arrived, been fobbed off and ignored by their customer "service" team for over 3 weeks. Having to raise a chargeback as they're not even willing ot refund an item that never turned up

Well after reading the reviews on here I was seriously panicking that our contractors would of left site before we even had the handles but I ordered them earlier this week and I have received them today. All in perfect condition.

Absolutely awful, avoid. Placed an order weeks ago, not yet despatched, they are not contactable via phone, and emails to any of their email addresses get completely ignored. Will seek a refund.

I have not received my £200 order. Nobody has responded to my emails or provided me with a tracking number or delivery date. In the time I ordered these handles I have already received several orders from UK suppliers and finished renovations on my kitchen. I now have no handles on my cupboards and cannot get a response from this company. Absolutely devastated.

Fantastic company! With fantastic customer care, I had to wait for my switched to come back into stock and a lovely lady (Sharon) kept me updated and answered straight away to my emails. I brought my door handles and my switches and sockets from here and couldn’t fault either. Lovely heavy materials for brilliant prices. I get so many compliments on all of them. Can not wait to use this company again.

Awful company - a complete scam. Placed an order several weeks ago which never arrived. Multiple emails to their supposed customer service which have been totally ignored. Will now seek a refund through my bank / PayPal. Avoid.

Read the reviews and DO NOT part with your money with these crooks. They have clearly ceased trading but are still taking 'orders' (OUR MONEY) via their website.

Bought some "super pollem" and and recieved some rock hard almost black, difficult to work and with extremely low grade piece of hash. So I paid more for a better grade and recieved the same low grade rubbish again. My ticket has been ignored and at the same time the stock availability is extremely low. It seems Hanf4you its going to close down and they're palming off all their crap to unsuspecting customers. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Ordered over £280 worth of goods on the 27th of September and still nothing has arrived! Emailed multiple addresses linked to handles4u and no response at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My bank has started an investigation. My Account has been credited by the bank .

Placed an order a month ago, a week later I asked where it was and they said normal delivery is 3-7 days, but it would be with me any day. It still hasn't arrived, and I've tried contacting them five times since by email, and several times by phone, but haven't heard a word and they still haven't gotten their phone lines operating since Covid which is insane, given this is not difficult to do remotely and most businesses figured out a way within weeks of Covid lockdowns. Absolutely terrible customer service - they are sitting on my money, I still don't have my order, and I can't get through to anyone!! Starting to feel like a total scam. Not worth it!

Awful company ordered some handles as said was in stock online, received an email two days later to be told wouldent be in stock till 5th of October ive sent numerous emails since heard nothing, avoid this company they take your money then give no communication at all.

Sent wrong item, did not respond to my emails to resolve problem.
