Excellent Service
I bought over 20 replacement handle sets and locks for my 30-year-old house. Rob Matthews helped me find compatible locks from measurements I supplied, replying the same afternoon. Goods were dispatched very quickly and well packaged. I am delighted with the friendly service and no-quibble return and refund for the lock that didn't fit. Now I have smart brushed chrome handles for the entire house without having to do much chiseling! Well done Handles4u.

1st class service from Rob
1st class service from Rob, from asking me send a picture of the part I was looking to replace on my front door locking system, to fast tracking my delivery so I got it the next day even though I ordered at half 1 the afternoon before.
Thanks again Rob, the house is secure once more!

Just amazing customer service !
Without doubt I have just received the most excellent customer service from Handles4u - as I needed some product advice I rang their customer service line and spoke to Rob who quickly advised me as to what was required, as I also needed the handles quickly he arranged for these to be specially delivered, despite a slight hitch ( not their fault ) which Rob once again sorted out within 10 minutes of my phone call these arrived as promised. The quality of the product is also amazing for the price - well done - I would definitely recommend this company to anyone - many thanks

Knobs
I Bought:
GA1003BN BN PALLA 18MM CABINET KNOB
C114 38-MB HERITAGE BRASS CABINET KNOB OVAL DESIGN
38MM MATT BRONZE FINISH
The screw for the 18mm knob was not long enough for my cabinet door so I had to countersink it in.
One of the 38mm knobs arrived in an opened packet and had a small chip in the surface. Also one of the longer screws did not screw into the knob as far as the other one when the knob was mounted so I had to use a washer on the back of the cabinet door.
