We sold our old house and bought our new home with Harbor back in September and couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience we had with Charlie and the team. From our first meeting with Charlie he seemed passionate about selling our property and doing the best he could for us. We hadn’t experienced this from other estate agents we had previously spoken with so we decided to go with Harbor.
The whole process was great from start to finish. Charlie and the team were there to answer any questions or concerns we had and really put our minds at ease.

From the initial meeting till the day wee bought and sold our house, the experience with Harbor was fantastic. We met with Charlie earlier in the year and after the discussion, we knew that we wanted to proceed with Harbor’s services as they just offer something more. Everything from there on was smooth and relaxing for my wife and I. Charlie and the team in the office were always available to chat on the phone or answer messages too which we really appreciated; we never felt out of the loop. Attempted to sell my home before with an nother estate agent and had little interest. I did not have a good experience with that estate agent at all, not many viewings, certainly no offers. Decided to use Harbour via recommendation from a friend and wow what a difference. Charlie was very honest, he recommended changes to the home to get the most interested. He was interpersonal and enjoyable to work with. Going from no interest with the previous estate agents to 3 offers with Harbour within 3 months of them posting was incredible.

This time securing 28.5k over the home report value for my one bedroom apartment. A fantastic result. The service from Ross and the team was exceptional - professional, friendly and knowledgeable . Ross was excellent at keeping me updated and informed, he signposted tradespeople to carry out necessary work, provided useful contacts in conveyancing -all of this made the whole process so much smoother. Ross handled all the viewings for me and even went the extra mile by watering my plants for me while I was on holiday!
