Watch is a dud after 6 months

Watch is cool first month or two.
Mine lasted 6 months and the top.rogjt button stopped working which is what's used to navigate menus.
Customer support hasn't offered much help besides turn it on and off again joke.
The watch is rooted after 6 months.

The steps couch doesnt work sometimes, it does blood pressure apparently and oxygen which is rubbish and not accurate at all.
The watch is a dud.

If your navigation button stopped working after six months, that’s understandably frustrating — especially when it affects usability.

I’d really like to look at this properly rather than have you feel brushed off.

Happy with my purchase

Happy with my purchase, would have given five stars 🌟 but I have only had the watch for a month and I think 🤔 I need longer to get the full use and wear abilities of it.
But so far so good 😊

Poor quality and features

I think these watches have been given way too much hot air especially for the price.
Feel very light and cheap, features are very minimal and the battery doesn't last 2 weeks like they claim but for a $160 odd, am l really surprised? Nah!
For $250 l could've purchase a Samsung watch 6 with way better capabilities, features and warranty.
If you're after a budget watch then its ok but you will get what you pay for. Maybe they should've spent more on the watch, less on the advertising 🤔

Thanks for sharing your thoughts — I completely understand comparing value when you’re spending $160–$250.

We position Hard Hat differently to brands like Samsung — more rugged-focused and tradie-oriented rather than a full smartwatch ecosystem — but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t feel confident in what you purchased.

If the battery isn’t performing as expected or you feel the watch hasn’t delivered on what was advertised, I’d like to review it personally.

Hi I bought a foreman about 4-5 weeks ago and loved it...
Until it stopped working.It won't turn on or charge.I can't seem to find a number or email address to try and get this resolved.

LOOK ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Ordered 21/08/2025 and still have not received my watch. My order was returned to sender due to incorrect address however all information and addressed I have entered is correct and my invoice is correct. I contacted them on 02/09/2025 and they stated it would be re-shipped in their next set of orders.I was sent a new tracking number which showed a delivery from 2024?? Then emailed again and got another tracking number however the delivery company have still not received the parcel to deliver. Followed up so many times with Mick and Jim (warehouse manager) and still nothing. I’ve just put through a complaint on the ACCC website as they’re refusing to refund. This Aussie company is not Aussie at all!!! Get stuffed

What a drama!

What a drama!!
My partner and I received our watches last year and it has been great. Unfortunately one of the watches was damaged, not too sure how but Johnny made getting a replacement watch such a breeze. He consistently communicated with me thoroughly throughout the process and was quick to help and assist us with our issue. You all know how difficult it can be and how sometimes it can take a long long time to get answers in regards to getting things done. He made me feel heard and not just another number. He didn't make any promises which i appreciated the honesty. It was refreshing. But he did provide step by step detail of what the process was and how it was tracking. Not only is the product 10/10, but the service is what kept me. Im so careless when it comes to little things so it good to know i dont need to worry about wearing my watch because of its durability. Thanks again to Johnny and the team for being amazing and going above and beyond when he didn't have to.

Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company. Part of my order didn’t arrive and when it did it was shipped directly from Hong Kong which they claim they’re all shipped from Australia. Waste of money.

We are an Australian-owned company, and the majority of our orders are processed through our Australian warehouse. Depending on stock availability and fulfilment timing, some orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment centres.

That said, if part of your order was missing initially, that’s not good enough.
