I was having issues with the watch going flat really quickly. It was only lasting 2 days. I sent an email to Johhny and he replied back with a response that was over whelming in that he said that he would replace the watch no problems. Outstanding customer service, recommend these guys for sure.

Great watch
I brought this watch for my husband for Father's day and he absolutely loves it and for much less of a price it has all the features and more of his garmin.
Unfortunately the battery wasn't lasting as long as it should have. I emailed their customer care and got a response straight away. Johnny was great and super helpful and within a day a new replacement watch was sent and this one is lasting as should.
Definitely recommend

Feeling like I got scammed by this…
Feeling like I got scammed by this company. The touch screen stopped working after which I restored factory settings as advised and so I couldn’t pair it with my phone anymore. Also battery life went down to less than 24hours. This was all within the 90day return policy and I have returned the watch months ago and still waiting on the refund

Replacement unit
I had a fault with my original watch but when contacting Hard Hat to seek support they were very responsive and arranged a prompt replacement. A very rare approach to customer service and a shout out to Johnny for getting straight onto it with no messing about. Great service!

After nearly 12mths the battery won't…
After nearly 12mths the battery won't hold charge for 24hrs after charging. Have let it completely flatten itself and left it for few days thinking it may reset itself before fully charging again, no still the same problem. Would not recommend buying one as I even had problems when purchasing it. It took nearly 3mths before I received it and that was after a few emails that went unanswered and I threatened legal action before I received a reply and my watch, and they say they are a Gold Coast company and I reside in Nth Queensland. I think they are a co$k n bull company.

Very very poor quality didn’t work as advertised battery lasted two days
I’m a blacksmith it shows the watch being sparked with a grinder after one use of grinder the watched face was completely ruined

Awesome Service and Really Happy Overall!
Had a small issue with my Hardhat Watch and got in touch with their customer service team. They were super quick to respond and sorted everything out straight away. They organised a replacement with no dramas at all.
Honestly, can’t fault them. It’s great dealing with a company that actually cares about their customers and makes things easy. Really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend Hardhat Watches.

Brilliant considering the price difference
The watch is good, dont get me wrong there are things that could be improved, with the interface and the app bit for the price, it's a great bit of kit.
Also means I'm not as worried about it whilst working as I would be a much more expensive watch.
Over all very, very happy. Easy to set up and does almost everything the more expensive brands do.
I do recommend as a much, much cheaper alternative.

Delighted
Delivery took longer than expected (to UK) and was hard to find info on strap length on the website so didn’t know if this would fit husband .
However when it arrived it was in a lovely box, easy to set up and use and husband very happy with his gift. It would be useful to have strap length and width specified on website and options to buy longer straps please

Read good things about hard hat so purchased one of their watches only to be sent a faulty one ( straps pin was faulty and watch wouldn’t turn on after one use) and then contacted to get send a replacement one which also is faulty and the screen glitches. They ask you to give a 5 star review when sending out your replacement so you feel obligated to do the review to ensure that they send out the watch ( so don’t always trust the 5 star reviews). Now that we want a refund as two watches don’t work. You have to send the watch back which is fair enough we don’t want the watch anymore but you have to pay postage and then they will take out an administration fee of up $24.99 so you won’t even receive the full refund after postage and “administrative” fee. While emailing them about the problems they carry on about how they are a small business to try and make you feel bad for wanting your money back for being sold a faulty watch. They are responsive to reviews to make them seem like they are a good company but that doesn’t actually mean that their product good quality

The watch is great but after 9 months it just stopped working I work inside. They offered me a half price deal but really it's 9 months old surely it has to be fit for purpose or replace it. So disappointed and all the famous people saying such good things ,shame on you hard hate

While our standard warranty is 6 months, that doesn’t mean we ignore situations beyond that timeframe. If your watch stopped working at 9 months and you work indoors, I’d like to review it personally.
