Positive First Contact

Made contact with Harrison Bathrooms earlier today regatrding a problem with a bath panel fit, receved an email from Emma asking for more information.

So far the response from Harrison Bathrooms has been quick and good.

Item delivered

Item delivered. Large wooden pallet and wooden frame to the pallet left on my drive. I called customer services who “invite” me to dispose of the pallet myself. Thank you for that invitation.

Quick Resolution to an item Damaged on Delivery

We regularly order goods from Harrison Bathrooms and unfortunately sometime things do get damaged in Transit. I contacted Eve who replied straight away and sorted the Replacement Straight Away.
Can't fault the service provided.

I contacted Emma at scudo/ Harrison bathrooms regarding a faulty shower. With information shared by myself Emma managed to ascertain the part required and sent it to me free of charge
Exemplary service and now a working shower

After sales service


I had a problem with a freestanding tap that was just over a year old after it was fitted. Even though I was not aware of the lifetime warranty and therefore had not registered it they very kindly agreed to assist in this instance as a sign of goodwill.

I cannot fault their aftersales service

Harrison Bathrooms. Poor Customer Service/ Faulty product.

I contacted Harrison Bathrooms when a shower supplied by them started failing about a year after installation. I found Harrison Bathrooms to be most unhelpful in dealing with this matter. 1st of all they tried to claim that the shower was not one of theirs. Once they accepted that they had supplied the failing shower they have jumped to conclusion that the failing part must be one that isn’t covered by the lengthy warranty they claim to be offering, despite there being evidence of this. I have found Harrison Bathrooms to be dismissive & unhelpful.
The difference between a good and bad company normally comes down to after sales service & I would not use Harrison Bathrooms nor purchase any product from them again.

Great customer service

Had an issue with a shower fitting that I bought from an independent retailer. Jess was exceptional, once the problem was identified a replacement was sent out the same day.

Fantastic help

Fantastic help!
We purchased a Koge 4 in 1 swan tap for our new kitchen install.
The installer was unable to secure the tap base correctly and the tap (purchased for an independent retailer) had a part missing.
I contacted the retailer and no response, contacted the manufacturer and they responded within 12 hours!!!!

Sam provided helpful instructions to fix the base of the tap and arranged for a replacement part to be delivered within 3 working days!!!

What amazing service! Couldn't be happier, thank you for all the help, support and advice especially as we didn't purchase with you directly. A+

I have dealt with this company once and I have been very impressed.
A very big shout out to Jess on the customer service side. She has been amazing! Answers me promptly and always solves any issues. Really good, especially now days where most companies hide behind online chat and not being able to speak with a human being. Thank you so much Jess!

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I bought a 4-1 tap from another company but apon fitting it id realised there was a part leaking due to a peice missing. I was advised to contact their supplier Harrisons. And they got back to me right away and sent me a whole new tap out. I received it the very next day. The tap is now up and running and working like a dream. Really pleased with customer service. Sam was extremely helpful and responded to me quickly.

Brilliant customer service

Being 72 and disabled trying to fix a shower is very difficult. After a lot of struggling I found that this company could supply the parts I required.
I spoke to Whitney and emailed info and I can’t express how unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable she was. I have been finding the whole thing very stressful and she was magnificent and I can’t thank her enough. And if Whitney reads this the Indian restaurant in Leeds is called Tharavadu
