So many things about the shopping experience are spot on: the assortment of rare materials is unmatched and keeps growing, regular newsletter emails go out notifying, for example, when something is unavailable (usually due to market fluctuations or IFRA) or informing about new arrivals. Shipments are prepared promptly and always arrive before the estimated time. I've gotten samples with all orders, and I sense the owner has a talent for sending samples that may interest you based on your purchases, especially if you take the time to reach out for an informal chat.
Needless to say, the products are always fresh, impeccably packed for transit, and neatly displayed with proper labels.
It is the type of service I expect from a specialized business.

A review below complained about a minimum order requirement that I feel is a non-issue. While some may not like it, it's a common practice, and it's also not unusual to find the minimum order requirement upon arriving at a checkout page; it's not a scam. So, I don't know what all the fuss is about.

We should remember that this is a highly specialized supplier within a highly specialized field: perfumery is not for everyone, whether it is a hobby or a business. I own a perfumery business, so my purchases have a different connotation, but perfumery as a hobby is costly. It's not snobbery; it's a reality of the craft.

Regarding the service and support I receive, I consider making these rare materials available for purchase a service in itself; many are not available for small purchases elsewhere, while others are tough to find. Harry, the owner, provides guidance and support as needed; his knowledge is technical, thorough, and accurate. All you have to do is ask.

Constructing a perfumery accord requires research, patience, and devotion. Using specific materials to achieve a desired effect is a skill that takes time and resources to develop.

Lovely unique selection of choices, though it would be great to have been able to order in small quantities (only needed a few oils and had to add more to basket lol). However, this wasn't a massive issue, just slightly inconvenient.

But other than this, no hassle and Harry even put some free samples in so I guess that kinda makes up for it.

I have just spent a very long time choosing this company. Back and forth on their website. Today I finally placed the order, got to the check out. All is still good. Chose my postage options and CC details imputed. Then at the final click a banner appears saying YOU HAVE TO. SPEND £100 POUNDS FOR US TO DESPATCH. We are all SLACKJAWED HERE!!!!!
AT NO POINT DID THEY MENTION ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THIS WAS THE CASE.
