Was kept up to date with progress and advised of any delays. The conveyancing app they use allows you to track the progress of the sale, upload documents, communicate etc… extremely easily which made the sale process less stressful. Jonathan from Harvey Baker was appointed to do my dad's will. No one in my family had a clue about writing a will as we'd never done one before but Jonathan made the entire process easy and stress free. He explained every step and what he needed from us and when we needed assistance or had questions that needed answering, Jonathan would give us a very quick response via email or make himself available for a telephone call there and then.

Sam Hughes was a great support in what turned out to be extremely difficult sale transaction with unhelpful buyer's conveyancer and useless estate agent... Without Sam's professional help this 5-month nightmare would probably last several months longer... Would recommend without any hesitation :)
