Unfortunately the first tv I received had a smashed screen. Guys in Fonthill did a excellent job. They've replaced the TV...no question asked. Great customer service!

The lads were quick and efficient. They called me in the morning to let me know what time they would be there and they didn't let me down. They were very careful delivering the furniture upstairs.

The mattress was delivered super quickly, and we’re still waiting for the bed frame, which is still being manufactured.
The mattress is wonderful, super comfortable — thanks to Jobe’s recommendation, we couldn’t have chosen better.

The shop was quiet when I made my initial purchase. Super busy when I returned later to upgrade the item.
Both times, your staff were super friendly and very efficient.
The Scandinavian guy at the LoveHub(?) desk, in particular. Very helpful.

I would suggest you change your advertisement on your website regarding you're click and collect service,it is misleading.
It says you will keep giving updates about the order from start to finish,I never got any until 17:45 that my order is ready for collection,15mins before you close.I ordered 12:00,did not get any update,I rang and spoke to one of your staff,not really helpful as I was only answered,"I am with a customer,you will get an update"...

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a tablet purchase at your Fonthill store on March 3rd, 2025, and the subsequent poor customer service I experienced today. On May 13th 2026, I purchased a Samsung S10 Ultra tablet as a gift for my daughter, who has autism. This was an extremely expensive tablet. The sales representative, Jayant, advised me to purchase additional insurance coverage for €200. I explicitly asked him multiple times to clarify the terms, as this tablet is a vital tool for my daughter's daily needs. Jayant stated that after the standard 12-month manufacturer warranty, this €200 policy would provide full coverage for any accidental damage or theft over a 2-year period. Relying on his assurances, I paid the €200.Unfortunately, my daughter recently dropped the tablet, resulting in a broken screen. When I returned to the Fonthill store today to arrange the repair under the insurance policy, I spoke with the store manager, Paul McDonald.
Mr. McDonald’s handling of the situation was entirely unprofessional. He spoke over me, refused to listen to the facts of my situation, and completely dismissed my concerns. Instead of addressing the misleading information provided by his sales staff at the point of purchase, he offered no assistance or resolution. I was left feeling deeply let down by your staff's conduct.I was sold a policy under false pretenses, and my daughter is now without her primary means of expression, communication and routine, which is causing her immense distress.I expect Harvey Norman to review this case, honor the terms guaranteed to me at the point of sale, and arrange a swift repair or replacement of the tablet. I also expect the customer service approach of the Fonthill management team to be addressed.I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.

Great company to work with. Helpful staff. Great selection. Great pricing. Services are so good, if it’s a store manager ringing with order updates to the delivery drivers themselves. Great customer experience.

He also made us aware of the upcoming offers which saved us some bobs. He was very patient with us. Also, the delivery was spot on. As the table was heavy, delivery person actually helped us deliver it indoors rather than leaving it outside. Genuinely loved the service throughout. Delivery was timely. It was rather as per our preference and availability.

I love the displays and the range of products on offer. I needed new kitchen appliances and the salesperson Jesmin in Fonthill was so friendly and helpful. He took the time to show the different items I requested and was very knowledgeable regarding the products. I always find Harvey Norman a nice shopping experience.
