Purchased an induction hob today
Purchased an induction hob today. Was given very helpful and knowledgeable advice by Abbie D. Later when registering the item I encountered issues trying to access the manufacturers extended warranty. I rang the shop and the phone was answered by Abbie who completed the registration on my behalf. Top class customer service. Harvey Norman will be my first stop when purchasing future appliances.

Nicole Macken outstanding performance
Harvey Norman Fonthill Dublin 22.
After visiting Harvey Norman's Beds Department at least four or five times with my wife, we can honestly say that Netto and Nicole Macken deserve a special mention. Every single time we walked in, Nicole greeted us with a smile that could probably sell beds on its own! She is always cheerful, professional, and knows her products so well that we're beginning to suspect she actually helped invent some of them.
Netto and Nicole have the patience of saints, the knowledge of professors, and the friendliness of lifelong friends. At this stage, I think Nicole deserves a salary of at least €100 trillion a month—although that might cause a small problem for the Irish economy!
In all seriousness, their customer service is second to none. They made every visit enjoyable, answered every question with a smile, and never made us feel rushed. Harvey Norman is very lucky to have them, and customers are even luckier to be looked after by them. Five stars aren't enough—I'd happily give them ten!

Gabi was our sales assistant
Gabi was our sales assistant, and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She was able to provide multiple options for different pieces of furniture that we were looking for. We gave her brief descriptions and she knew exactly what wanted and where it was. She was very competent in describing protection cover, care instructions, delivery options, etc. I came in looking for a recliner and ended up purchasing a sofa and a console as well as the recliner. When purchasing items in the future, I will definitely look for Gabi as I felt in good hands with her.

Never use your company again
Id never use ur company again . Your after sales is a joke . Had a problem and when made a call to let yous know i was accused of causing the damage myself and still waiting on it to be resolved . I wouldent recommed ur company to anyone
