Harvey Norman Ireland - Fonthill Avis 

Delivery date missed two times.
Didn't receive promised delivery cost refund.
No-one ever explained to me I need to purchase two plumbing services to have both washing machine and tumble dryer assembled and connected. So they hooked up just washing machine and left heavy dryer packed in the middle of the kitchen.

Dealt with Gareth in the Fonthill Retail Park from the minute we arrived he was attentive and extremely helpful plus patient as we changed our minds a couple of times his product knowledge was first class and put us at ease delighted with the sofa we chose and Gareth’s help in picking it

As frequent Harvey Norman customers, we recently needed help changing our sofa order from a 2.5 seater to a larger 3 seater after placing the original order. Mary in furniture was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the process.
Mary took the time to review everything carefully and made the change straightforward from start to finish. Her communication was clear, friendly, and reassuring, which made the whole experience very positive.

Excellent website & speedy delivery of a quality product.

Ordered a pizza accessories kit online, after 2 or 3 weeks with no delivery i followed up with store. After speaking with someone i received the order with 2 days.

However, the kit was missing a cover foe the pizza oven, I've now rang more than 5 times to resolve.

First person said they'd refer me to customer services and someone would contact me. No one did. Other times i range i was told i would be transferred to a customer services person only to be cut off.

Very disappointing and mostly ive had really good experience with harvey norman up to now (but usually instore purchases)

I was able to find the exact earphones I was looking for on the Harvey Norman website. I also got a great deal because the item was on sale. I ordered via click and collect. The earphones were available the next day and I was able to let the shop know if my arrival via the link on their email. It was super simple and the lady at the desk was very friendly.

The delivery itself was excellent and delivery guys were very helpful in lifting the items upstairs. The 5 drawer unit on opening however looked like it had suffered a drop or impact prior to delivery as drawers were on wrong side of rollers with one roller with the rail cutting right through it.

The service when I got to Harvey Norman in fonthill was horrible. The team member I spoke to was arrogant and rude towards me but was very friendly to the person before which one would say he was racist towards me because I am black which isn’t someone they should have dealing with customers and I know that when you do read this you are going to ignore it because you all do

I want to send an appreciation note for Jeswin - sales executive in Fonthill branch. He help me promptly with the new Samsung washing machine which I bought recently.

He was very helpful, quickly understood the issue and logged a fault immediately for me.

I had an awesome customer support experience.

Ordered an item online for click and collect. Low stock advised. Note not order only.
4 days later still waiting for advice to collect.
Will cancel Monday and go elsewhere.

I went to buy a sofa not knowing what I really wanted but knowing I needed a quick delivery. Thankfully I was helped by the most friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful man, named Fernando. Spent quite a bit of time with me and he narrowed down my choices. I couldn't decide so I went away, fairly sure I was going to be back to buy from Fernando, but went looking in other places. None of the staff in any other shop had a patch on Fernando's manner and knowledge. I went back today and bought one of the shortlisted sofa's that Fernando had shown me. I received excellent service from Dan the Manager, who also praised Fernando in the workplace.
I keep coming back to this store because of the service received.

I placed my order and it was delivered without any hassle.

The product online does not match the actual product. The website said you had it in stock and when I called to the shop the excellent assistant had to tell me the website was completely wrong. The price flashed on the site was not the final price I had to pay.
