Never Received My Order
During the Stephen's Day Sale (26/12/25) I purchased a TV and a PS5 Digital Edition. There was also a promotion for this sale that I should have received an online voucher for 10 percent of the cost of my order. In January 2026 I received my PS5. I still have not received my TV or my online voucher after months of sending online queries and contacting Harvey Norman through their social media. On the 15th of February 2026 i received an email saying that a new shipment was created with my TV in the order (still no mention of my online voucher) but it has the same tracking number as the previous shipment (PS5) so when I try to track it, it says that it has already been delivered. Any time I have contacted Harvey Norman online they tell me that they are very sorry and that someone will contact me soon, today is the 3rd of April 2026 and I still have not been contacted. The only information I received was that their team in Tallaght processed the order and that were going to give me a call, that was on the 27th of January and I am still waiting.

Great staff and service
The delivery was very professional. I got a call before to ask if the time suit and they arrived on time. There were complications with bringing the van to the doors but they went beyond that and went all around the building and managed to get it in through the walking pad ! My landing agency wouldnt let the barrier down but they found the way in to still deliver my recliner sofa ! Amazing service and great staff !

Online but yet, very close to the customer
Ordered a TV online, all worked fine, quick and easy. Unfortunately, TV arrived damaged but things happen, that´s life. However, great customer service shown, filled in an online ticket, wrote an email and someone quickly got back to me. In only days the TV was exchanged. Great Customer Service, nice, knowledgeable, kept me informed from start to finish. Thank you for a great experience. Truly recommendable.

I checked when I was ordering the machine to know which store had the machine in stop and it told me Tallaght. When I order the device I was told I had to go to stores in Finglas and I would have to wait unit Monday

Ordered online, order picked quickly, and hassle free pick up
I ordered online - saw where the items I wanted were available. Within an hour I got an email saying they were ready for collection, and there was no delay getting them when I went to the store.

Ordered an item over 5 weeks ago now, hasnt been any contact from Harvey norman side, every time i ring takes them ages to even find my order from my number, then fobbed off with lies as last time i rang was 2 weeks ago and said they should of had it ordered to them 2 days later to be sent out to me, still not the case, as such a well known company, the lack of communication and professionalism is a joke!!
