Fabio was excellent...he guided me…
Fabio was excellent...he guided me throughout my whole process. My only issue was being able to get in touch with them after I was situated as I was trying to recommend other colleagues but they all said they never got a response.

Overseas recruitment
HCL helped with my recruitment from the Caribbean into the UK, they were professional and helpful, very patient I must say! They ensure I got into a Trust that was supportive and within a part of the UK I wanted. Brilliant advise and support. Provided me with study materials for my exam. A few minor hiccups since I had to travel outside my island a few times to complete my CBT exam and my visa processing however it was all clarified in the end! HCL has been great
HCL has been great. My agent Fabio is excellent in his preparation.
They are so in depth with preparation of staff to migrate. Everything flows smoothly . The only thing i didnt like is no follow up from the agency once they get you in UK.Its just like been set to swim or drown. Otherwise its a great team.💞💞💞

Only hiccup was waiting for an email from the visa outlet that never came. I had to be calling the Embassy which cost me.

My experience was great until I landed…
My experience was great until I landed in the UK and was left stranded at the airport for over 10 hours. As proper arrangements were not made for my transport from the airport to the hospital. I had to wait until another flight came in from the Philippine with two other people before I was picked up.

Never got my referral bonus
Never got my referral bonus. Very bad. How was I contacted? As I still have my email address and one of your colleagues Marcela Pereira sent me an email when I sent this review. I just called the number in your reply now to be told she is on annual leave and the one who answered doesn't even work in her team. I am very disappointed in this reply because it's never true you tried to contact me because I contacted you guys several times with no avail and I have all the email trails
