Poor communication between clients and…
Poor communication between clients and consultants. Late payment or missed payment. I still have outstanding payments of shifts I did in May 2021

Generally is good
Generally is good. Staff are dedicated in terms of finding a shift. For some reason I can't open my online payslips portal to check which shift has been paid which shift hasn't. I emailed the payroll team ask to drop a line of online payslips portal, yet hasn't received any reponse from them, and it's been more then 2 weeks. All I can do is check my bankstatement to see how much much mon they paid me.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with. No delays in reimbursement of expenses and payment of salary. I give 4 stars not 5 because slightly irritated by excessively frequent requests and reminders for completion of administrative forms

Agency does not respond to calls effectively. Management do not seem to communicate on time. Most of the time I spent half a day calling, calling and when I send urgent message then I get attended.
Previously Some staff in London Office used to call but last three years it feels no communication.
Ex Staff for example Gemma, Terry, Francesca were very good communicators. since then it is not been very good.

HCL don't have price control

I’m fed up with chasing my money
I’m fed up with chasing my money, in 5-6 years I’ve only had 1 pay increase, I got £12 with other agency and about £11.43 with this one it’s too low, for the work.

I have spoken with your recruitment consultant and can confirm that the pay rate of £11.43 is a pre-agreed on-framework rate been the Trust and HCL. Unfortunately, we cannot deviate from these rates.
I understand the pay-issue was in part due to your umbrella company and therefore out of our control, however, I completely appreciate how frustrating delays in payment can be.

Professionalism
I have a good experience by working with HCL.
The HCL team is great and I have a prompt response to my inquiries.
