Excellent and efficient
I know Kay before my actual job. Since Nov 2020 I have kept a close professional contact with her and she was very efficient in solving all my inquiries. She is helping me with my timesheets, finding me accommodation and responding very promptly to all my inquiries. She was able to motivate me to leave my job in Scarborough and I am happy for this change. She is very professional and in the same time she is a warm and kind person. HCL Workforce has a great team and professionals!

Avoid HCL if you are paeds
I work in paediatrics. HCL books me in just into one trust. I do not get any emails with any other shifts. The guy who books my locums was trying to force me to work shifts I didn't want to do and wanted to cut my rates.

Highly recommended locum agency
I have been working with HCL doctors for many years. Very helpful and supportive staff.
No day without a job, unless the locum chooses to. Honest and clear confirmation, getting the support as and when needed, including the excellent appraisal system; MEDSU.
