The best Locum Company ever
Fabulous company with really helpful advisors. They do sometimes have to be reminded where you live in respect of where they look for placements. But on the whole they have kept me in work for many years. I have a great relationship with my advisor and will one day gone down to London Town and take him for a beer. Many thanks HCL

I had an excellent experiences with this agency I felt welcome, staff specially my angent work work hard and diligent in finding a very good work placement to continue as a social worker if it wasn't for Rafe I was going to give social work for good. Rafe has been fantastic in finding a role perfect for me and always getting back to me straight away and sorting out any problems. I have worked for a few agencies over the years, HCL are by far the best. To many others you're just a number to fit in where they choose. My advisor David is brilliant
My advisor David is brilliant and he responds to me really well and is has found me brilliant jobs when I have had to move.
My only criticism of the organisation is regarding paperwork. It’s not communicated very well when they need me to fill things in and I at times have had odd conversations with other staff where I am unsure if they are real staff.

Rating HCL workforce
I have worked for HCL for approx 2.5 years and found them to be an excellent organisation to work for. They initially made joining them a prompt, efficient and straightforward process. Jit is my consultant and Sabah Iqbal have supported me throughout that time and are always available to advise and guide me with any issues I have had working for a nuerodevelopmental service. I would highly recommend them to any potential health care staff who are considering joining them.
