H&C's Trees Avis

Good price, healthy tree, height as advertised. But the amelanchier multi stem they sent me only has 2 stems, which is barely a multi stem.. the picture on their website showed a beautiful specimen of 6-7 stems. So I was a bit disappointed. Delivery also takes very long.

I have absolutely no hesitation in providing a five star review. An excellent, personal and friendly service. I have just taken delivery of a fabulous Amelanchier, after some problems with a previous tree and Max couldn’t have been more helpful with providing a replacement. Excellent communication, great delivery driver - an unusual and very refreshing experience all round. I am an experienced gardener ( and I’ve bought a large number of trees over the past 20 years) and will definitely use H&C trees in future.

I bought a rootball Amelanchier lamarkii and was incredibly impressed by the price and service. I was kept up to date with the delivery, which came earlier than initially stated, and the tree is larger than I expected! It's full of buds and looks great in the ground. I've pulled the stems apart slightly to get my desired shape. Highly recommend and many thanks

Amazing company with excellent customer service and good quality plants!

Prompt in replying to my emails and good after sale support even a year after placing my order.

I will definitely use H&C trees again if I need more plants! 👌

I ordered 4 Red Robin Trees to screen part of my garden.
They are perfect and exactly what I needed.
Customer service is Brilliant and they were delivered on time with a smile.
I will be ordering more.

Purchased Cherry Laurel. Really happy with purchase. Healthy, delivered on time. Would definitely use again.

I ordered 3 Red Robin pleached trees from H&C very pleased with them.
Communication was excellent they where very gappy to answer all of my questions. Great company I would highly recommend them.

Just had 5 mature Red Robin full standard trees off H & C Trees and we are absolutely delighted with them. From initial contact through to delivery this company has been a joy to work with.
Thanks to Max for keeping us updated with our order and a special thanks to Sam who made the delivery. He was so helpful getting the trees round to where they needed to be, I would have struggled as they were so heavy!
Highly recommended.

Max and team just supplied and planted 15 trees for us and did a great job. Would highly recommend-really professional team.

H&C trees (max) was great. I've never bought trees online before but the reviews and his customer support gave us the confidence to buy. The trees were nearly half the price than the garden centre! They were the size we needed and both on email and in-person the guys were great at advising my partner on how to plant them (they offer that service but they helped even though we wanted to save money on that). Had the trees 5 mths and they are growing well

I would happily recommend H&C’s Trees to anyone wanting advice on and work done in their garden. Max spoke with me (as well as sharing different photos of trees they had in stock) on a number of occasions to find the right trees for what we wanted and then on the day of delivery and planting Sam and Ed were both friendly and very efficient. They also tidied up really well and spent quite a lot of time with me to answer my questions about aftercare. So all in all I’m very happy with the work and have also asked them about coming back later in the year for another job.

Top notch quality trees, exactly as pictured and described and for a very competitive price. I would recommend having them do the planting and staking too, as they provide a really professional service.

Very pleased with the service and the trees we received from H&C. They were happy to delay delivery for me if needed and the when scheduled, delivery was spot on.
Very helpful and friendly, and the 1.8m to 2m conifers were all the same height and closer to 2m.
Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Mature tree arrived exactly as agreed and exactly as in photo. Instant and accurate response to queries. Helpful and pleasant service throughout

Ordered two Amelanchier lamarckii multi stem trees. Delivery was slightly delayed but no fault of H&Cs and I was happy to wait. Once arrived the delivery was swift and easy. Both trees were in fantastic condition and even better than I expected! Now planted out in the garden and looking forward to seeing them blossom in the spring. Max was excellent at keeping me informed and all round a great experience. Will be back again. Thank you

Really friendly people to deal with. They made an error with our order, but rather than just fob us off they let us know straightaway that they had brought the wrong size tree (to be honest we wouldn't have known), and refunded us the difference with no issues. So I would use them again and recommend them as I like that kind of honesty.

Brilliant all round. Very happy with trees. Very healthy and in great condition. Communication was very good, giving regular updates on delivery etc. Communication after delivery also fantastic with advise I needed. Thank you Max and team. Will be sure to use again in the future.

Excellent service from Max and Sam. They supplied and planted 3 trees. Very personable and friendly, they even played with our dog.
We are in our 70's and we were a bit apprehensive, but they put us at ease and did a wonderful job.

I’m actually one very happy customer. Max and his team came down to plant our 14 trees. All very well done. For whatever reasons some were leaning a little after a couple of months. I contacted max expecting no response but he called back immediately and arranged to come down again the following day to fix them, at no extra cost! Shocked was an understatement. What an ethical and responsible trader. I felt bad that he had to come down just to fix them and I offered him a small sum for his lunch. He was so graciously surprised and was very happy at my little gesture :) Highly highly recommended. Of course the trees are of top top quality, at very reasonable prices. Thank you Max. Keep it up and with your professionalism you’ll go a long way. Best wishes.

Great customer service, delivered as expected and well wrapped for protection. Trees are looking great after 1 month in the ground. Thankyou!
