Superdrug Health Clinics Avis 

I booked at York to have my blood drawn for tests with Blue Horizon. Emma was fabulous and the whole process from online booking through to Emma boxing up my vials with me only having to worry about posting them on was flawless.

I was really impressed with this service, as excellent customer service is a rarity these days. The Superdrug blood draw service was 5/5 🌟 Thank you!

I’m usually of the opinion, if you have nothing nice to say then say nothing at all but after my husband and I paid £240 each for travel injections the service provided by the nurse was the most unfriendly and unprofessional I have ever experienced. I happen to see the one star review by Amanda Javes about (Margi) so I’m assuming it’s the exact same nurse we saw as her review was spot on and saved me writing a fresh one!!! We went along for a consultation and advice having done the research myself and like Amanda said, Margi just read it off a crib sheet and said to us “so what do you want to do”!!! I was hoping she would be explaining and advising for our needs not us!! Each visit we dreaded, if we could have changed service provider after the first dose we would have done but did not want to disrupt the time periods in which you have to have the injections. Margi even told my husband he was late for his appt but he showed her the time she wrote on his appt card and she said he should have logged on and checked the time again!!! Everybody is entitled yo have an off day but three visits on the trot and being dealt with off hand is not acceptable. I have to say we won’t be using Superdrug’s travel clinic again which is unfortunate just because of one person ‘s actions!!

The team that does the blood tests in Basingstoke are wonderful. Really friendly with no waiting times.

St Steven’s Street, Norwich - nurse was very unfriendly. Went for travel vaccinations and it didn’t even all end up in my arm - some squirted out and dripped down my arm. Terrible experience and made to feel like a nuisance. Unfortunate as I never leave reviews like this, but I wish I knew how poor the treatment would be before I went.
(Other staff in the shop seemed friendly)

Gemma was very professional and extremely thorough. Went through the whole process and explained everything in detail. We weren't rushed and felt at ease about the whole process. Excellent service and I'd highly recommend getting your yellow fever vaccinations at superdrug clinic

Diane was supper helpful and very knowledgeable way beyond my expectation. There was no hard sell just spent time identifying what was and was not needed and what the best options are.

Very smooth vaccination procedure

Absolutely wonderful experience. The nurse was super knowledgeable about the Travel vaccines are required. She helped me understand the whole process regarding other travel information that I required or may require in the future.
It was the best consultation I’ve had in a long time and put my local GP to shame.

Metro centre Superdrug Gateshead.

Very easy to book an appointment online for some travel vaccines. Robert at the Chichester branch was very knowledgeable and provided great travel vaccine advice. Cost was competitive. Only downside is you cant book for the specific vaccine you want so you may turn up and they dont have it in stock. Apart from that I can recommend this service.

Great service at short notice, would defo use again. I found the shop a little difficult to find in the location and was delayed due to fridge failing in heatwave or would be a 5/5

Went to the Parker Street store for travel vaccinations and my Nurse was Cathy Foo. She is absolutely lovely and very informative. Could not recommend her enough.

Ruben was amazing. He explained everything in detail and was very patient with all our questions.
