This app is a scam immediately after the initial purchase I was charged 9.99. Thankfully my Apple Card red flagged it. But I was still charged 4.99 for a trial which I never used, I emailed the co. And they refuse to give me a refund. I explained that I didn’t download the app. They don’t care. This is disgraceful. Never buy anything advertised on social media, they take your information and scam you. Now that I’ve read all the other reviews it looks like they also falsely advertising. The app doesn’t even help with sugar monitoring.

I found the app useful and helpful in assessing my current stress levels. However, I did not see in the T’s & C’s that there was a £29.99 monthly charge. My request to unsubscribe was actioned promptly but my request for a refund of the first payment is still pending. It’s a great idea but the monthly fee is a barrier.

My wife fell for this scam as clearly…
My wife fell for this scam as clearly it is. She signed up on instagram weblink and it clearly stated 99p trial. Immediately 99p was taken via Apple Pay followed by £6.99. As she hadn't downloaded the app she realised something was amiss.
We contacted the company through the email address given in response to other reviews on trustpilot and through various messages they came back with this response when asking for the £6 back as we understood the 99p was a trial.
"Unfortunately, we are unable to approve a refund for the initial payment of £6.99, as it was part of a promotional offer and is non-refundable.
However, we can confirm that your subscription has been canceled and no further charges should occur."
Claiming to be a promotional offer now and combining two payments.
We have contacted the bank but until payments go from pending to actual paid they are not able to do anything. They have noted account that the £6 is a fraudulent payment as we didn't approve that payment the same day as trial since they took it at same time as trial 99p
If we could give a zero rating would we as totally bad practice.
Wife has responded back to Heartbeat following comments by that company and will await the outcome

Clicked on this on Facebook didn’t realise it wasn’t free as £0 came up on Apple Pay to download. However within minutes £0.99 then £6.00 was taken now a week later another £29.99 and all for an app I don’t have and don’t want to subscribe to. No idea how to cancel this and request a refund.
