This app has the potential to to me amazing. Technology is not there yet, since Apple Watches cannot measure glucose yet, you’d need to manually enter your data.

Fraud Alert- Heartbit

I was charged 3 times in the app. It doesn’t do much but charges a lot of money for it. I was NOT impressed and after I realized I was charged $36.98. I asked for a refund of the final $29.99 and all the company did was cancel my account, at my request, but no refund. Do not get caught in this FRAUD!

A money making scam

I downloaded the app and was charged 99 p. Then followed other payments for varying amounts. No where did I see any detail of a subscription or direct debit. The bank declined a payment of 29.99 and blocked my card but still Heart.bit takes money or attempts it. The email address given to me by the bank was returned undelivered. Trying to cancel or get your money back is a marathon. The app promises much and only delivers costs and aggravation.

Terrible experience …

Terrible experience. Unable to cancel subscription. Constant error. Made contact with them, couldn’t find me! Took €29.99 from my account. Emailed them again. Promised to refund me if I screenshot and sent them a 5 star review from trustpilot which I did and they are now ignoring me. Would not recommend at all and would give no stars if that was an option.

It says .99 charge

It says .99 charge. It charged me 6 and on top of that my track buddy that I wanted, wasn’t available after I set everything up. It advertises Hello Kitty but she is not available, instead they have duplicates of others.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. I realised immediately I had downloaded this app that it wasn’t compatible with my old Apple watch. I deleted the app and emailed the company twice but they still continue to charge and debit my account..initially £6.99 and today £29.99. They now want £89.99 to cancel my subscription that I never started!

Too bad I can’t give it zero stars. This is a scam. It said Freeb download . Then said $0.99. I agreed to the $0.99. When I clicked ok it changed to $6.00 before I could stop the purchase. My credit card was charged $1.99 and $6.09 and they informed me I would be charged another $29.99 in 2 weeks. I emailed to cancel but something tells me this will not be the end of it.

Also, their advertising is false. The Apple watch doesn’t have the capabilities they claim. Lesson learned. I was scammed.

scam!!

I Downloaded the application and the charged me $.99 and immediately $6.99 more … the application doesn’t work and it doesn’t do what they say it supposed to do .. so a couple days later, I deleted the application … today they tried to charge me $29.99 more … I was forced to cancel my credit card and report this scam application … I am going to send a letter to Apple to remove this scam application … it’s crazy

Cancellation

I did not use this, but I was repeatedly charged. When I went to the account it said Free. The response I received to cancel and refund was great, and quickly handled.

Don’t use

Don’t use - I think they are not reputable.
Have taken funds although only in free trial period and ‘can’t find’ my account. Won’t respond to emails

Signed in for 99p within a matter of seconds took £6 as well then found out 30 quid a month sent one email got no reply sent another email and they've now cancelled but still didn't give a mythic pound back sorry it should be made to be more aware of how much they're gonna charge you before they've got your details they scan free money for note

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
Downloaded the app, then saw that a monthly payment of £23 was being taken. Hadn't seen this right away, so I've now asked for a refund, as I've not used the app at all. They refused, saying they have given me 50% of my most recent payment but will not refund any more.
You don't get any email reminders or copy invoices. The app is massively overpriced, and the fact that they take a monthly fee without sending a receipt or invoice just shows that they are relying on people not realising the payment is being taken until it's too late. This is a total con! VERY BAD TO DEAL WITH AND JUST AFTER YOUR MONEY

I did not realise it was £30 a month…

I did not realise it was £30 a month and can’t find a way to cancel the subscription, I have emailed their help line 3 times to request cancellation with no response.
They have collected 2 payments but the app says I don’t have a subscription?
Please refund me and cancel my invisible subscription or I will contact my credit card for help.
