I downloaded app they took 29.99 from…

I downloaded app they took 29.99 from bank .I was misled and did not want to subscribe .they have offered me 50%back .this is not acceptable. At the moment payment is pending when payment has cleared I will open a dispute as I want a 100% refund. This is nothing short of a scam .you replied to review.i emailed again asking for full refund but recieved a generic email .so still.not resolved

I ordered the Heartbit trial for 1…

I ordered the Heartbit trial for 1 month and paid $6.99 on April 11, 2026. I immediately cancelled because I only wanted to try it for 1 month. On April 24, my account was charged $29.99 ....The trial period had not expired. It was next to impossible to figure out how to ask for refund. I emailed and they immediately responded that all they could do was refund me 1/2. This is totally unacceptable. I sent photos proving that I had NOT subscribed for $29.99. Live and learn, I suppose...but I DO NOT recommend this app....and on top of that, it didn't even do what it advertised!! Very disappointing. It wasn't even worth the 1 star that I had to give.

I have not used th subscription 3/22, 3/29, 4/3, 4/10, 4/12, 4/17

I have not used this subscription, I’m having difficulties with subscription cancellation, including ongoing charges. Customers also finding the cancellation process difficult, with many unable to stop subscriptions or contact customer service effectively. The price of the app was frequently criticized as being too expensive.
Date I was charged for 3/22, 3/29, 4/3, 4/10, 4/12, 4/17 cancel my subscription, and I want a refund

Your app has too many hidden charges so therefore I canceled it and got no confirmation that has been canceled, but I have deleted my account with you and we never do business again and I’ve recommend other people not to do business with you

La aplicación no funciona

La aplicación no funciona. Pedí la cancelación de la suscripción de inmediato y se negaron a hacerla. Me exigían que primero les hiciera una review de 5 estrellas, y luego me harían el reembolso. Eso es un chantaje. Ahora aceptaron a devolverme la mitad, con lo cual me robaron la otra mitad.
Esto es un fraude.
