Amazing customer service
I accidentally ordered the wrong item (wine cooler not 2 person champagne hamper) and when I contacted the company via their WhatsApp chat, they were so helpful. They exchanged the item and didn't charge my the additional postage costs, kept me informed throughout the process and were generally just very friendly.

Ordering was simple and communication was great, i.e. I wanted to make the hamper an anonymous gift and they emailed and assured me they had done that.
And the hamper was welcomed by the receiver - she loved it!

Beautiful hamper and brilliant customer service
I ordered a hamper as a Christmas present for my parents, the hamper arrived, presented beautifully. Unfortunately, although everything was well packaged, it was damaged in transit.
I sent an email to customer service and got a reply within 2 hours, from Carolyn, the company had closed for Christmas but she said she would be in contact when they were open again. True to her word, Carolyn emailed today and said a replacement would be sent out ASAP, direct to my parents.
My parents said the original hamper looked lovely, I imagine they'll be pleased with the replacement too.

We ordered our hamper
We ordered our hamper, on line from the United States, for a dear friend who lives in Beadnell, a small village in Northumberland UK. It was a completely hassel free experience and the hamper arrived on time as promised...and was very well received...she loved it! I wish all of our Christmas gifting was as easy and successful as this.

Great customer service
Great customer service - I could only have the hamper delivered on a specified day - Christmas Eve but this company went out of the way to make sure that this happened and kept me informed.
Hamper was a gift but judging by the reactions of the receipients it was a superb gift containing high quality local foodstuff that was very tasty.
